I recently had to hire Storm Contracting Solutions to help me replace the roof of my home in Frederick, after my beautiful home was hit by huge hail the size of golf balls a few weeks back. It’s never fun having to replace your roof, gutters, fence, etc, but at some point you gotta do what you gotta do. I called numerous roofing contractors along the Front Range, but struggled to find a general contractor I could trust. When I called Storm Contracting Solutions, they had a roofing inspector at my home the same day when I returned home from work. Storm Contracting Solutions made the process a lot easier than I ever thought possible, Troy Nordic who is one of the general contractors, was available anytime I called, and was present at all meetings with my insurance adjuster so I didn’t have to worry about dealing with the adjuster. Having the contact for both general contractors, Chris and Troy both kept me abreast on every detail and the different phases of the project. They’ve even went above and beyond the scope of their duties by sealing a mesh at no cost to stop rodents from entering my attic. I couldn’t have chosen a better company to complete my re-roof. After hail damaged my roof a friend referred me to contact Curtis Gandolf with Storm Contracting Solutions. Curtis contacted me promptly and within a day he inspected my roof. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and skilled at explaining the damage and what was needed. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision but when I decided to use SCS Curtis met with my insurance adjuster and really advocated for me. I had a high deductible and he was able to work with the adjuster to get the best settlement I could hope for. The roof was replaced within a week of my calling SCS. The crew was prompt, efficient, skilled and friendly. I was impressed with the care they took in protecting surrounding decks and bushes. The clean up was impressive. To date I have found a total of 3 nails all on ground under bushes. The whole job was done to my satisfaction in less than a day. Without question I would recommend SCS for quick, skilled response to roof damage.

The project manager, Ali Taylor, went above and beyond to constantly keep me abreast of the entire project. I have been rehabbing homes and dealing with contractors for over 20 years. The level of attention Ali provided for my job was head and shoulders above others in the trade. And when the job was completed, she followed up to ensure I was 100% satisfied with everything. I just had Storm contracting solutions replace our roof just in time for the sale of our house. Curtis explained to me everything I needed to know and helped out a ton with insurance which we all know is a pain. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and made it a smooth process. His team showed up and knocked it out and left my home cleaner then it was before! Definitely recomend using them.

Curtis was awesome. He walked us through the entire process for having our roof replaced, from doing the inspection, to working with my insurance company, and the actual repairs. His crew was super fast, replacing the whole roof in less than a day, ahead of schedule. We thought replacing the roof would delay putting our house on the market, but SCS really came through for us. I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you can work with Curtis.

Storm Contracting worked on my parent’s roof. The project manager, Allison Taylor, was very professional, kept us informed throughout the project & ensured that my parents received the shingles that best fit their needs & the style they wanted, while working with their insurance company. Once on site, the team did an excellent job repairing damaged areas, completing the project in one day, made the roof look beautiful & even found wasp nests we were unaware of. We are very impressed with their great work.

Did it sound too good to be true? Yes. Did I not believe it at all at first? Totally. Was I super wrong? Absolutely.

They did everything they said they were going to and more. They worked with our insurance company and made magic happen, just as we were told. Our new roof is insanely nice and the craftsmanship of the installers is second to none. My house was literally turning into the Fight Club House every time it rained and the other bids were super high for normal shingles, to say nothing about the stone coated stainless steel that SCS uses.

When it was time they sent a special crew down all the way from Denver just to do my house here in Utah. I was shocked, but again, it all happened just as we were told it would. When we got nervous and wanted to ask questions, our questions were always answered promptly and our worries soothed by the owner of the company himself. Phil is great to work with and is an honest hardworking person who actually does what he says he's going to do. We need more people like him in the world.

No hidden charges, no liens, no unfortunate surprises, just an amazing roof that is totally watertight, can withstand hurricane force winds, and looks even better than the bar tile we had originally. This was a couple years ago now and through wind, ice, snow, rain, and direct summer sun, it's performed perfectly.

I'm no millionaire, but my house now has a roof on it usually only reserved for multi-million dollar houses.

I HIGHLY recommend working with SCS, you will not regret it and your new roof will be the envy of the neighborhood.
