Chris Lewe was GREAT with everything. Inspection, insurance, tear off and install. Good size, experienced crew knew what they were doing and was able to start and finish the same day. Pricing was exceptionally lower than a different contractor that the neighbor had used. VERY VERY PLEASED and definitely recommend

USE A DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANY!!! The whole thing has been a horrible experience for my parents. It took over 6 months to actually get any work done. Every time we would ask when it would be done we got the same run around. when they finally finished they left nails and materials all around their home, and they dented the gutters. They are slow lazy and rude. Save yourself the trouble and pick a different roofing company to work with!!!!!!!!

They were very easy to work with, and I couldn't believe how quickly they managed to get the entire roof replaced. Only two days and the whole thing was taken care of, exactly as agreed, and then they cleaned up after themselves meticulously. Very happy with their work, would recommend.

Benji and the C&N team did a great job. We replaced our roof due to a hailstorm, and he worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with the inspections and details. Everything went great!

Wow! I am grateful to Chris Lewe at C&N Construction. The day I met Chris I suspected it was high time for a new roof. However, I did not want to deal with it at all! At the time I was not only very professionally busy; I was also deeply occupied assisting my parents who are in failing health. The last thing I wanted was to talk to the sales representative who was at my door. In fact I briefly considered hiding in the basement.
Chris changed all that. Chris eliminated all of the obstacles I had put in my own way. I was astounded to find that, Instead of being the stressful / tension filled interaction that some people have had with roofers: it was instead, a cathartic and calming experience for me. Not only did I get a new roof; I received an affirmation that there are good, hard working, and honest people keeping the American Dream alive!
Chris is a patient and diligent man and C&N Construction must know manufactures in high places. The Love of my life, my Wife wanted a roof that was redder than red. She wanted a roof as red as a Fireworks factory during a five alarm fire, As red as the dawn sky on Mars, as red as any red any in China. We got it! Chris did it! For all I know he might have gone all of the way to Timbucktu for them. We are so pleased!
Chris has exemplary communication skills! He answered our every question. His answers were clear and accurate. Chris took the time to educate us about the roof on our house. He talked to us about roofing materials and their application. He explained to us what his crew would be doing and why. I learned new things about my home and am both excited and grateful to know them. As a home owner, I feel that the additional education is a big value ad!
Chris and C&N construction worked closely with our insurance company. There were absolutely no complications, slow downs, or any other type of irritations. Chris smoothed the way. This was actually easier than grocery shopping.
The work was perfect in every way. The crew who did the labor on the roof was polite, clean, courteous, and positively cheerful. The laborers positive attitudes indicate a healthy workplace and reflect highly on C&N as an employer. I also heard both Chris and his crew speak highly of their boss, the owner (the owners name has escaped my memory) . In my own life experienced I have found it most unusual for an employer to enjoy as much popularity and loyalty as this individual has earned.
The job was completed from soup to nuts in one working day! The work was completed just as the sun was setting. The red light of the setting sun on our new red roof was so beautiful!
The workers also cleaned up! I did not find one nail, shingle, or any other scrap left behind. In fact my property was cleaner after they left, than when they arrived!
I find Chris to be an outstanding individual and C&N Construction to be a company of the highest caliber. When it comes time for us to do any remodeling work in the future I will be seeking out the services of C&N Construction. In fact I will be using them for all of our home maintenance, remodeling, and repair. I would recommend then to any and all who are looking for a new roof!

Nick and co. handled every aspect of our hail damage insurance claim and subsequent roof repair very well. Our claim was under the additional pressure of being part of the objection resolution process during the sale of our home. C&N managed the process without hiccup allowing us to sell our house on time and under budget!

I am a Realtor and my Seller needed to do a few repairs to their roof prior to closing as an item that came up on inspection. Nick Brito was able to get out immediately to look at it, engage their insurance company and actually get a FULL roof replacement (instead of just the repair)! It was the fastest roof replacement I've seen and Nick was in constant communication to all parties the entire time. THANK YOU NICK!

Nick was awesome. Easy to work with and took care of everything including dealing with insurance. We didnt have to do anything after the initial inspection. The crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up completely before they left. I would highly recommend C&N for anything you need done!

Chris has been very good to work with. The materials were delivered a day early (due to snow). Chris has kept us informed and up to date on status. Installation is due next week (pending weather).

When Nick Brito knocked on my door and offered to do a free inspection of my roof, I have to admit, I was apprehensive to go forward with an insurance claim right away. I gave it a few days and decided to take a leap of faith and fill out the paperwork with him. To say I'm glad I did would be a huge understatement! He took care of all the paperwork and met with the adjuster when he came out to inspect the house. I have a new roof, new amazing siding, gutters and downspouts. He was so helpful and patient while I took my time sorting through different types of siding and I couldn't be happier with the results. My house is beautiful! Nick was the best construction rep in my recent experience. C&N replaced my roof and gutter - did the roof and cleanup in one day. I haven’t found any stray nails anywhere. They dealt with the insurance company - no hassles. I highly recommend this company.

We were referred to C&N by a trusted neighborhood friend who recently had his roof replaced. I had personally been dreading this project because of horror stories other friends had shared with me about their experiences dealing with insurance companies and contractors, etc. I was quite sure we were going to be faced with a choice of something along the lines of death by lethal injection or firing squad. I was happily relieved. We spoke with Chris Lewe at C&N Construction and scheduled an inspection. He was on time and courteous and upon inspecing our roof did confirm that we had hail-damage to our roof and gutters. He offered to contact our insurance company on our behalf and get the process started. I was immediately put at ease that C&N has extensive experience in this area and knew how to advocate on our behalf to get the insurance company to hold to their obligations. We felt no pressure, and Chris was cool when we informed him that we had another company scheduled to com and take a look (second opinion). Chris was great about following up with us, and we never felt pressured and decided to stick with C&N and I'm really glad we did. Work day came and the crew showed up early and worked through the day. There was something that needed to be brought up to Denver city code and and I was kept in the loop for all of it. Chris knew exactly what to do and who and how to present his findings to my insurance company to get them to pay for it. So we now not only have a new roof and gutters but new plywood underneath everything. It took an extra day but the guys were fast and the workmanship seems solid. Now we're just waiting for the first big rain or snow of the season to see for sure, but Chris has assured me that if we notice anything to call him right away. We feel completely taken care of and would definitely recommend C&N, especially Chris Lewe, to any of our friends and family.

Approximately 2 months ago C&N Construction, Inc, installed a roof at my house. Justin Smith Claim Specialist and Nick Brito Director of sales and Operations did the roof inspection and determine that the roof had significant hail damage. Justin and Nick assist us throughout the claim process. My husband and I highly recommend C&N Construction, Inc. for all your roofing needs. Members of our family were referred to C&N Construction Inc. and now they are also having their roof replaced. Justin and Nick are very professional and honest and at times I felt we were treated like family. Thank you for an outstanding job!

I would 100% recommend this company! As a homeowner, it is hard to know who to trust and I didn't want to be taken advantage of again or feel pressured into something I did not want. The process has been very easy and seamless. Justin is very professional and kind. He simply and quickly explained and executed the initial inspection and helped me to make a claim. Nick then came out when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the roof and answered all my questions. Both are excellent, professional and very kind! I worked with Nick Britto on the replacement of my roof. I found the experience to be seamless. Communication was great, calls promptly returned. The guys who did the work were great, respectful, communicative, cleaned up well. I had one issue after the work was completed and Nick returned as soon as I called about it and fixed the issue promptly. I am very satisfied and would recommend this company in Denver.

I was so impressed how Nick Brito Handled my hail damaged roof and gutters. At first When he asked my permission to climb up my roof, I felt uneasy but I let him examine the roof — The reason why is before Nick’s visit I had already requested my Insurance Company for replacement of the roof because there were some roof damage and leakage some areas but after their inspection by using Drone, they denied my request, so I was giving up on this matter.
After Nick examined the roof, he called my insurance company right at the spot and arranged their inspector, a few weeks later, Nick joined him showing around all the damaged areas and the rest is a history, my New roof and new gutter are up, I feel like living in a new secure house :)
Now there seemed had some problems, but without me knowing them, Nick negotiated with my Insurance Company took care all the problems.
I am so happy Nick walked in my door :)

Working with Nick was a pleasant experience for my family. Work was done very quickly and the roof looks fantastic! High quality shingles and new osb boards. Gutters look great and perform very well in the strong storms we occasionally get. They even replaced our carports plastic roofing with a high grade metal roof. And its beautiful! Carport roof leaked a little and they were out the next day to fix it and have had no issues since. Roof was put on in August and its held up great! Would highly recommend them ,and have to several friends, neighbors and family
