That translated into efficiency and shorter timeframe to complete the job. After telling us what to be done now I could tell the price would be reasonable. And it was very reasonable! They also informed us of some issues that could possibly happen in the future with no pressure to spend more money now. That was very appreciative and it took the pressure off us to not spend more money now than we needed to.

I called Climate Mechanical Solutions for a Free Consultation as advertised on their website. They came and my new renter had switched off a switch. They quickly realized this and no repair was needed. They did however charge $132 for their time. Wouldn't not use again. Be warned - not free consultation. Lost a customer for sure.

We have used CMS for installing numerous commercial roof top units. Also installed a roof top exhaust fan > And for all our service needs on our units. Alex is honest clean working trusted and fair priced.

Alex Dilanyan with Climate Mechanical Solutions installed a new A/C unit at our home a couple years ago and we were very pleased with his professionalism, promptness, price and overall customer service. Last winter our old furnace decided not to work one day so we called Alex to come out and get it up and running for us. He arrived promptly and quickly got us warm again. Since the furnace is at least 20 years old, we decided not to press our luck and get it replaced before the cold weather hit this year. Alex gave us an excellent price on a Carrier 100,000 BTU 97% efficient gas furnace. Today he arrived 15 minutes early, removed the old furnace and installed the new one in 3 hours! Rarely do we have such a great experience with home maintenance companies, so I feel compelled to sing the praises of Alex Dilanyan with Climate Mechanical Solutions.
