I’ve heard good things about the techs that work here, but the lady that scheduled me for my appointment was awful. I called and requested a boiler cleaning and she put me down for a date. I called a week later because I forgot to ask how much they charge and she told me they don’t service boilers. Obviously she wasn’t paying attention when I first set the appointment. Very frustrating wasted my time.

Steve (owner) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour answering questions and providing me with advice. His follow up was prompt and timely. Thank you so much!

Front Range Mechanical Services is an honest company operating in a dishonest industry. I recently had an experience with a different business to inspect/service my AC units and was shocked at the amount of parts and labor "needed". I had Front Range Mechanical come out for a 2nd opinion and the friendly, on-time, professional tech gave me the truth...nothing needed! I will only use this company going forward.

If all HVAC companies were as honest as FRM we'd all save a bit of hassle and money.. Companies like this are hard to find. Honesty 100%, what you want to hear, 70%. The result 100%. They do not have a plumber on staff. They will advise of what is needed and are 100% correct. We had to find our own plumber. Currently problem remedied.

Front Range Mechanical deserve more than 5 stars. We called for a second opinion when we were told our A/C unit needed to be replaced. Brad came out and did a few adjustments and the knocking noise stopped completely. He was super thorough and checked everything. He didn’t even charge us for coming out. We will be calling them again, when we need them again! Thank you!

AC stopped cooling on a 98 degree day, called Sunday and Jeffrey came out Monday, arrived early and helped completely fix my problem. Front Range Mechanical Services (FRMS) is a great HVAC company. The owner, Stephen Korff is extremely knowledgeable (sometimes answering questions before you ask them), professional, courteous, and no hard sell. The price from FRMS was fair, and they handle all the paperwork for the Excel rebates. We had a new gas furnace and AC installed this past Monday. In addition to the HVAC crew also being knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, they were also careful of our house and furnishings, and cleaned up when done - hardly knew they were here after they left. If you are getting estimates from multiple HVAC contractors, make sure FRMS is on your list.

So glad I followed my neighbor’s recommendation with them when I needed to replace both my furnance and AC. I received many quotes and they were more knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on something more than my house needed. I got the best quality and cheapest quote saving me thousands of dollars.

We were selling our condo and needed some work down quickly for our closing. Dominuqe responded immediately- we were shocked to be honest. Very professional, courteous and great follow up-and very good value. We recommend Front Range Mechanical very highly- we were lucky to have been put in contact with them.

We got a good bid from Front Range and they answered all of our many questions with clear explanations. This was a complex project and required an extra-large water heater/boiler ... Ricky and Fernando put in two long days on this setup and again answered all our additional questions before they left. Such a relief to find a good contracting company.

This company came out twice, and completely missed a large gaping hole in the exhaust pipe that was letting carbon monoxide into the home. I have pictures. They also failed to clean the air conditioning coil that they charged a $150 for-more pictures. Then wrote quote for a new furnace, but said the homeowner needs to pull the permit witch probably means they don’t have a license to pull one themselves. Amateur Hour

Update-I have the right company, and a photo of the invoice to prove it. Photos on yelp review. The hand writing is barely legible but the name, address, phone number match. Invoice #023751 on 2/11/19 ring a bell???

The condenser on our AC unit went out a couple of weeks ago and we needed some help. I filled out a contact form on their website and someone reached out to me to schedule within just a few minutes! The office staff was very friendly and the technician they sent out was on time, communicated well and made the whole process feel easy and pain free. The part we needed had to be ordered, but they got everything working so we had AC while it was being delivered. 10/10 we would hire this company again!

FRMS is a “five star plus” company! Jeff S. arrived early, diagnosed the water problem with my humidifier and took corrective action after discussing the problem/solution with me. Jeff was courteous, well trained, very knowledgeable, thorough, cleaned up after his work and did a superb job installing the new valve and water line for the humidifier. FRMS, their owner and technicians continue to outperform all other HVAC companies and care for their customers beyond anything I have experienced. We had someone come out for an estimate almost 8 months ago, and at first the guy said he was waiting to see how long it would take to get all the parts before giving us an estimate. Months went by and we decided to try to get in contact. My husband called twice last week and the woman who answered the phone said the guy was out and would call back. He never called back. Then today my husband called again, and the lady said that her boss told her the job was too complicated and they had to respectfully decline to do it. There was nothing respectful about this entire situation. It would have been nice to know they weren't going to help us 8 months ago. This business has the Jesus fish and gives a bad name to Christian business owners. We're Christians and I'm embarrassed to associate myself with this place in that regard. Rude. Unprofessional. Would not recommend to even my enemy. Save yourself and try somewhere else!

In January 2022 we reached out to see if we could receive an estimate to remove our boiler system and install ductwork and HVAC systems in our attic and basement. I was told I would receive a call back the following day as the individual who would come to our house was not in that day. Over a week later my wife called them again and was able to get ahold of Steve to coordinate a date for them to come out. On January 13th we had Steve over to look at our house and what it would take to install the HVAC systems and duct work in our house. He said there were several options that we could do, and would give us a detailed write up in a couple of weeks explaining the options and quoting us for each option. After not hearing anything back for over a month my wife called Steve back and spoke to him, and he explained that due to equipment shortages he was going to wait until July to provide the quote information. I then called back August 2nd 2022 to see if we could be provided the quotes we were told we would receive in January, and later July. I was told that Steve was out that day and would hear from him the next day. This was still not the case. I called again today 8/17/22 and was then told that what we were asking for was too complicated for their crews to do and they would respectfully decline to take on our project. To be honest this is very unprofessional for a refutable company that claims they have all in house services (plumbers, electricians, and HVAC professionals) to be told they cannot (or will not) take on a project. The most unprofessional part of this is not hearing this from the owner, and not receiving a call back, and after 8 months of waiting to be told this without any explanation. I do not doubt that others have had good experiences with this company but I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with the experience I had with them.

Very knowledgeable staff, current on recent technology, licensing & certification, honest and competitive pricing, and above all homeowner safety is their highest priority.
