Horizon has excellent employees! They call you yo let you know they are on the way. They arrive on time and are prepared when they get here. They read the notes from the previous technician visits. Yesterday, the technician fixed the issue with the AC right away. He thoroughly examined the system for any other potential problems. There was no charge since I am a subscriber to their service & maintenance agreement. They came out and resolved my issue within 1 hour of my phone call!

During the service it was overall pleasant but unfortunately after we realized we'd been swindled. Two 30 parts cost us over $1,800 to install. During the service we were not asked about using the hose but upon looking outside we saw it stretched across the backyard and not put away. Two days later we went to wrap it up only to discover the water spigot was left on. Unbelievable.

Their tech did a good job getting our furnace checked out for cold weather coming up.

It's so hard to find an honest and competent HVAC company these days! Horizon has experts that were timely, were able to service our issues, and got our AC up and running in time for summer! Don't bother with anyone else, this is THE company to go with for HVAC, plumbing, and garage door needs! Just cannot say enough about them! They took the time to diagnose our issue when other companies just came out and did perfunctory exams that failed to get to the bottom of the issue. They treat you like family, and they CAN be relied upon!

The whole staff was so thorough in their assessment before installation. The technicians who performed the install were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the entire project in one day. I absolutely recommend Horizon to anyone needing a new HVAC system, you will have peace of mind if you go with this company!

We just had a bad experience with Horizon Services. The A/C stopped working and as Horizon has made repairs to my HVAC system in the past, we had them come take a look at the issue. We were advised that the control panel, which they just replaced in 2022, was not working. They recommended replacing the furnace and A/C and were going to have their estimator call to set up an appointment.
Six days later, we received a call from their estimator, Carol or Carolyn, and she was advised that not only did we have to find another company to work with since they were non-responsive, but that their technician left the unit torn apart and exposed to the elements. She said she would have someone from the office call.
Michelle called and the situation was explained to her. She wrongly claimed their technician would never leave the unit torn apart, she then agreed to refund the $98 service call charge, and said they would never work on my unit again. Yeah, clearly. Not sure why she would think Horizon would be trusted in the future given the condition they left the unit in, nor would we want to work with them again since they are non-responsive and very unprofessional.

Rob was very knowledgeable. Worked longer than expected to ensure the job was done correctly. I signed up with their maintenance program because I think they will continue to do a great job.

Horizon is great! They keep track of maintenance/servicing schedules and call me to schedule. Zen and the other technicians are all super nice and helpful.

I had a plumbing leak while out of town.
I called Horizon in the evening and expected a recording. Michelle answered and promptly set up an appointment for the next day.
Zen arrived on schedule and quickly repaired the leak and performed preventive maintenance.

It was easy to schedule my appointment and received an email to confirm with a picture of the technician. The tech Jonathan called an hour prior to arrival and was on time. Booties were worn to protect the floor. He checked the ac/heat system, cleaned it and made a repair while also taking time to answers my questions and explain pricing! Time was taken to cleanup the area. There was another tech Chris who assisted and was also friendly and respectful. Great experience!!

The team from Horizon Services go above and beyond. Across the board everyone is focused on communicating with the client from estimates, scheduling, process, expected timeliness, results, maintenance of the systems, arrival times, and expected completion times. Everyone is professional and courteous. Horizon Services have provided HVAC support for three different homes over a fifteen year period for us. Would not use anyone else for HVAC. Thank you.

Very quick to come no out on a Sunday which was nice. Garage door spring is broken, received a quote from Horizon for $1500-$1800 to replace and advised it would take 3-4 hours to complete the job. Had another company come out Monday and replaced the spring and completed the same repairs that Horizon quoted all for $345 and were in and out in less less than 45 minutes. Horizon seems VERY OVERPRICED.

Stay clear! Very clear! This company tried to charge me over $3k to fix my AC. In the end, it was a $150 part and 15 minutes of labor that I ended up easily completing myself. They did get me for the $98 service call, but I am sure others have had much more expensive experiences.

Had them come inspect a garage door at our shop that was starting to bind up. Inspected the door had a recommendation on the spot what it will take to fix it and after work was approved got it done the same morning with barely any interruption to our shop flow. Prompt, professional, good prices service would recommend to anyone.

JP came and reviewed our problem. He wasn’t in the right division to fix what was needed. He made arrangements for the right people to fix our problem late in the day. Thouroughly explained the issue. Very satisfied with our first experience with Blue Sky. Would definitely recommend them
