Horizon Services is the best HVAC installer I’ve ever worked with. I had a leak back in February 2024. Their HVAC technician did an excellent job in a timely manner. They were there the same day I called. Just had an issue related to the February 2024 leak. The service manager was out there within 90 minutes of my call. He assured me they would have the work finished within a couple hours. Excellent service, professional technician and most importantly they respond same day. 5 stars!

Used Horizon Home Services for several years now. I have investment properties in the Denver area and they have set up the maintenance plans for me to keep our equipment in top working order. They are professional, detailed and quick to assist when there is a problem. From the office staff to the installation crew, this company is all about customer service. Would highly recommend Horizon to any homeowner.

We called HORIZON to come out and check our Air Conditioning unit. The Technician who came out was an EXCELLENT THOROUGH ENGAGING KNOWLEDGE INDIVIDUAL. ANTHONY went out of his way to make sure our unit was TUNED UP and SPENT well over an hour looking and FIXING/REPAIRING EVERY THING ON IT!! ANTHONY is an EXAMPLE of what true Customer Service is all about! The Unit he worked on is an older AC and instead of trying to sell us things we didn't need or couldn't afford he took his time and spoke with us about everything that he did and Everything that was important. I Recommend HORIZON STRONGLY because of the up front HONESTY! The Service Call was listed at 98.00 which seemed high for just a Service call. I was VERY SURPRISED AT WHAT we RECEIVED!!!! ANTHONY Knew EVERY DETAIL to mention and was INCREDIBLE about his KNOWLEDGE of repairs and how we need to proceed! This is a REFRESHING EXPERIENCE! I SUGGEST if you want a great HONEST TECHNICIAN THEN HIRE HORIZON!!!! 100% HONEST! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 😊

I have used Horizon for years now and I really think they do the best job. Every person that has come to look at my house has been very professional and thorough.

First off, let me say that I’ve been working with Horizon as a company for years and years. They are an absolutely fabulous organization with the most professional, competent and caring group of people!! Most recently Mike and Josh took on the project of cleaning my air ducts. I know there are many companies who do this work, but these guys were the absolute best!! They were very thorough and careful in our home and very respectful in working around our needs while they were there. They cleaned up meticulously before they left! Do NOT forget to have your dryer vent cleaned out when doing this service. It was absolutely worth the extra time and cost!! Thank you Mike and Josh for your incredibly hard work and effort! Horizon, you’re the best!! ☺️

Toilet valve inside tank needed to be replaced on Christmas Eve. Paid $567. I feel this was very overpriced. First time I have been disappointed in Horizon.

Justin was awesome, incredibly kind and knowledgable. Didn't try and push anything on us. He got everything fixed, cleaned, done in one afternoon. My cold toes thank him!

Scott from Horizon Services Plumbing, Heating & Air just finished up my semi-annual HVAC inspection. As my HVAC system has aged, Scott is very thorough in checking all the systems and letting me know where current and potential problems lie ahead - going over pros and cons of choosing to do maintenance work now or postpone work until later. Scott is very professional and affable and is a big part of why I have been and will continue to be a long-time Horizon customer.

Anthony arrived right on schedule. My furnace was not firing up (the reason for the call). As Anthony was checking the wires, etc., the fuel delivery started working again and everything has been working great!

I found Horizon on Thumbtack and they responded quickly. Scheduled quickly and Stefano was great to work with. Seemed a little pricey but I didn’t shop around, just wanted to get the job done.

Horizon is ALWAYS there when needed. I really feel they care about me as a person and not just after my dollars. They always show up on time and call me to say they're on their way. Their professionalism and expertise on so many areas leaves me trusting them 100%. I'm so glad my neighbors have me their card. You can't go wrong!

Great service with a smile. Always kept me up to date and never rushed through anything. This is our second house and second boiler/heater that they built for us, among other smaller repairs and maintenance. The highest quality firm for HVAC and plumbing in the Denver Metro area that I am aware of.

All the technicians at Horizon are very friendly. I appreciate that the office confirms and sends notifications of who is coming and when. I've been with Horizon for years and am very happy with the service they provide.

My service tech Josh, was amazing! Very thorough, explained everything, was not pushy. He did an incredible job and I would highly recommend Horizon Services for all of your home needs! They truly are the best!

Jon was great-- he arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and wore shoe covers the entire time. I am only giving 4 stars because Horizon Services didn't give me a sense of how much my service would cost beforehand (and it turned out to be expensive!) They should have referred me to a handyman or told me that they don't do simple pipe cleanings.

The master plumber clearly described the repairs needed and gave me the confidence that I chose the right company. The repairs were delivered with precision and I look forward to using their maintenance advice next year.

I was totally impressed with the immediate response time of Horizon technicians when our house flooded. They were professional and a pleasure to work with in trying conditions. Horizon is one of the best investments I have made as a homeowner.

The technician, Jason, arrived promptly and assessed the condition of my furnace quickly. He outlined the various service options available to me although, at this time, I was only interested in a summary review of my furnace capabilities.

I can't recommend Horizon Services and Jon highly enough. I have hired them twice in a week. Jon is such a skilled plumber, he deftly replaced a piece of my sewer/water line. And cleaned up after! Also, very prompt. The folks at Horizon kept me informed of arrival times. This is a great company.
