The technician, Justin, did a great job repairing and cleaning my furnace. I have worked with Gustafson Heating and Air Conditioning for over 17 years. They installed the furnace in my home when it was built. Now that it is time to replace my almost 18 year old furnace, I will only buy my new furnace from Gustafson because I trust them and know they will do a good job. In addition, when problems arise they work very hard to solve the problems and stand behind their work.

Gustafson finished installing my new Lennox furnace and air conditioner today. They did a great job. The three technicians, Jacob, Joe and Luis, were very capable, worked very hard, and didn't hesitate to take the time to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated the fact they arrived at my house on time both days. I highly recommend Gustafson Heating & A/C.

This was our second positive experience with Gustafson.
Last year they saved me hundreds on a second opinion, which turned out to be an easy fix of an original misdiagnosis by another company.

Todd was our tech this time around. He was friendly and very professional. He took the time to properly troubleshoot and explain the issues. They are not quick to throw expensive parts at a problem without being sure which I appreciate.

We’ve had to have Gustafson Heating & Air out a couple of times to work out some bugs with our new HVAC system (issues were not caused by their installation). Each time we’ve callled, the office staff has been beyond helpful and extremely cheerful. The tech, Justin R. was prompt, professional and courteous. We highly recommend Gustafson for your HVAC needs!

Wow. Every experience I have with Gustafson has been 5 star! Just had a new forced air Furnace installed yesterday in our house, replacing a 27 year old they have been maintaining. Joel and Jacob, the installers,
did a terrific job, quick, careful, and clean. The sales team were great as well. They properly sized the new furnace to accommodate an addition the former owners had added to the house. And the receptionist, Jesse, is so super nice you just want to call up to hear her cheerful voice. They are not the cheapest solution but their price is all in, unlike some of their bigger competitors, who advertise extensively. Don't go anywhere else.

Fantastic company. We decided to update our HVAC equipment with higher efficiency units and chose them again with a new installation this month. They did the original HVAC install in our new home 26 years ago. Hands down the best customer service out there. They are so friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable about what works best in our Colorado climate. Can't say enough great things about them. Call them before you have someone else service or install your HVAC system.

Great company for HVAC service and installation. They found a cracked heat exchanger on my furnace, explained the issue in a simple way without being pushy on a replacement. I decided to purchase a new AC and furnace through them. Mike was great giving me options and explaining benefits between natural gas and the heat pump systems. Luis, Joel, and Jacob were awesome during the install. Got everything hooked up cleanly and I could tell they didn't cut any corners. Highly recommend to anyone.
