I was one of the early adopters as Jenson made their transition from Helio Home and I really enjoyed the experience.
I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, so when I had contacted more traditional HVAC installers about a heat pump I was mostly met with refusal. I was fairly certain that I would have to install mini splits which wasn’t thrilling considering I already had duct work in the house. The folks at Jetson on the other hand were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude. Ultimately that paid off in that the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave.
Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs and so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies.
I will be recommending them to friends and family and I’m vying for their continued success as we try and make this transition towards more efficient heating and cooling systems.

Five star installation! Jetson went above and beyond to make sure to explain everything about the new unit once they were done installing it. And it only took them one day to do the entire installation!

Jetson Home installed a 3 ton air source central heat pump in our house and removed our old furnace. My goal was to pull out all natural gas appliances to become a fossil free home, and lessen our impact on climate change. The job required a new air handler, electrical supply, and some new outlets. The install also involved capping air supply/exhaust vents, capping gas lines, reconnecting an existing energy recovery ventilator (ERV), and re-installing our pre-existing Ecobee smart thermostat. Several aspects required some trouble shooting and return visits; Jetson was responsive to my requests and the visible portions of the install look good. The new variable speed fan is more efficient and quieter than our old furnace fan, and our temperature swings are now smaller. The outdoor compressor kept up with heating demands during a long weekend of low temperatures below zero degrees.

The overall cost of the project came in thousands of dollars below the other estimates, which is the only reason I was able to afford this. I had lots of questions, which were all addressed, and I enjoyed working with the whole team from the initial heating load calculations, to the install team, to the final troubleshooting solutions. I recommend Jetson Home to my neighbors based on my experience and hope that they can help people electrify many more homes at a relatively economical rate!

Jetson did a great job removing our furance and AC unit, and replacing it with a heat pump. We opted to get a heat strip for the really cold days, and so far, we are comfortable, even at night when the temperatures drop. Jetson was thousands of dollars less than two other quotes we got, and we're so glad we went with them. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and our larger home was a bit more complicated, but they figured everything out. The inspector for our town (Superior, CO) said they did a great job. So, we are very happy, and you should consider getting a quote from Jetson if you need to replace your furnace or AC unit. You will be very happy you did!

Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in (and I should get a 2K fed tax credit unless the redhead does away with it). No joke. That is what it should cost IMO given the cost of the unit, the time to install (1 day) and all the rebates. None of the other quotes I got where anywhere close, several were 3X (as I learned in this process many HVAC companies have been taken over by private equity, and that has jacked prices). The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish. No BS, no issues. Passed the city inspection with no issues.

If you are a millennial homeowner, you should be using this company. The process is incredibly easy, from a clear and transparent up-front quote, to an almost exclusively virtual experience, this was exactly the way I want to engage in a major home project. As someone who cares about sustainability and has looked into heat pumps before, their focus on whole home electrification really changes the experience. Also, the fact that they are willing to claim the credits for you and absorb that cost up front is huge. All of the teams I worked with, from my sales person Aakash to my project coordinator, Andy, to my install team led by Reza, were incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I went from thinking about getting it done to fully installed and permitted in less than a month. I absolutely cannot recommend Jetson and their process/services enough.

Jetson team was incredibly easy to work with from the education on the system I was looking to install through the installation itself. The technicians doing the install were all super friendly and respectful over the install, very clean and organized with all the work being done.

Their quotes were way below those of competitors and they actually offered an all electric solution instead of trying to sell me on a hybrid with a furnace (we didn't want to maintain a hybrid system).

Their install crews were knowledgeable and did a great job answering our questions. Also very professional while doing the installation.

We're thrilled with the end result. Our heat pump has drastically improved comfort in our house by more evenly controlling temperature everywhere. We went from a 10 degree difference between our main level and upstairs to just a 1 degree difference. Overall I highly recommend both Jetson and heat pumps.

Today’s 1-day summer installation by Jetson of our new MrCool whole-house heat pump was an absolute pleasure, and in no time the system was up and running, quietly dropping the indoor temperature to a cool and comfortable level. Plenty of prep work and info gathering was done by phone and email beforehand, so when the crew showed up, on time, they hit the ground running, but not before putting on shoe covers, and then a carpet of drop cloths to protect our floors. The team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering questions and communicating clearly what they needed to do, and then how the system worked, once the job was completed. 5 stars. I recommend these guys without hesitation.

I decided to replace my HVAC system with a heat pump. The salesman explained everything to me and walked me through the process. The installers were great, they arrived on time, finished the install in 1 day and explained to me everything they were doing. Once the install was done the system was explained to me thoroughly. They left the area clean and showed complete respect for my home. These guys were rock stars!
