Jetson’s heat pump install team was very professional and efficient. Great communication start to finish. Job was completely done in a single day. Upgraded heating and broken AC for less than the cost to replace outdated AC equipment. Couldn’t be happier.

We recently had them come out to install their smart thermostat and smart monitoring system. Jeff was a true pro and did really clean work, ensuring all my questions were answered and that the wiring was done according to my standards, etc. Thanks all for making this happen this year and Tyrone for your patience!

The Jetson team was excellent. They answered all of my annoying questions and were patient and diligent with their install. I had a new heat pump with heating and cooling installed. When the inspector came by after install was complete, he had nothing but positive things to say about the install.

I got a heat pump HVAC system installed by Jetson. Xcel Energy is running some discounts right now and Jetson is on their list of recommended installers.
They called the same day I registered and we did an inspection the next day. I got a price and an install date the next day after that.
Installation was yesterday. They showed up about 9:00AM and were done before 5PM. The installers were clean and polite. They laid down drop cloths everywhere they needed to walk. They cleaned up any mess after they were done and before they left.
I was shown my new system and we went over how everything works.
I recommend Jetson Electric and I would use them again.

The Jetson crew of Sean, Ian, and Juan, (plus Electrician whose name I forgot ) did great job on the installation of our system. We appreciated their courtesy, and willingness to keep us informed of install steps and progress.

The Jetson team did a great job for us. We replaced our AC and furnace with a 4 ton heat pump and it's working great. They were on the Xcel Energy approved vendor list and their quote was the lowest we received. The installation team worked hard the entire day, communicated well, and were true professionals. I highly recommend this company.

The wonderful people at Jetson installed a heat pump/AC in my house this week. I can't say enough good things about them. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and patient with me and my many questions. They also went above and beyond in fixing some things that were wrong with the water heater and the electricity. I highly recommend the team at Jetson. I'd call them again in a heart beat.

I was looking to replace my central AC and gas furnace for a while. Most of the quotes that I received are very high. When I see the ads from JetsonHome on google, I was just curious to get a quote to compare to another local installer. However, when I got the quote from Jetson, it surprised me that the price is lower. I was back and forth with Jetson to optimize my system after the walked through and finally I locked in.

I've never has a big project like this in my house before; therefore, I'm very nervous before the job start. However, after the first day of installation, the team give me more confident. The installation team is professionally removing and installing the new system. They vacuum and clean up the workplace at the end of their working day. After 3.5 days of work, my system is up and run flawlessly.

It has been 2 weeks; I do not see any issue with the systems. These units are very quiet. When it is on, I do not hear any noise from the air handler. The only sound is from the vents.

With my experience, I would recommend Jetson Home to anyone need a new AC system.

We got our heat pump installed by Mike, Juan, Jeremy, and Riordan today! They kept up posted of what was going on for the whole day! They were respectful of our place while they were doing their job... Though we are still on our first day of using the app and experiencing the system, their service sets the tone for what we are expecting from this company anything happens from now on!

Update on 12/13/25. Based on company’s response, I feel compelled to improve my ratings. Jetson has removed Mr. Cool and replaced it with the heat pump of their own brand. Only time will tell how reliable it is, but I like it better already. More efficient ratings, quiet, and keeps the house worm. Kudos to the crew, who did the install under adverse weather conditions.
Nov 24 review: I got my MR. COOL heat pump installed in July. As far as cooling system goes- no complaints. Two months into heating season the heat pump's compressor disintegrated. I like the company, I support the cause of electrification, but I have severe reservation about Mr Cool system. If I had to do it again I would likely go with Elephant Energy Installing Mitsubishi pumps. Expensive, but more reputable and energy efficient. Currently Jetson's crew is stretched to its limits. It takes days to get the technician's help. So clearly, I'm not the only one experiencing problems.

Jetson replaced my old gas furnace with the new Jetson electric heat pump in one day. It happened to be the coldest day of the winter so far. The extreme cold and snow that fell steadily during the day slowed the process but the crew worked from 8 am until 10:30 pm to make sure the system was running and that our house had heat for the night. The project lead (Darren) did a great job of keeping me informed and answering questions throughout the process. His work with the sheet metal in matching the new system to my duct work was masterful. Jeff, the electrician was professional and explained what he was doing and filled in whenever need to help with the process to make sure everything was going to be ready by the end of the day. Rafa, the young apprentice did an amazing job working outside all day in the cold and snow. The crew was down one member for this install and Rafa did an incredible job getting the exterior unit set up. Lastly, the crew were all professional and kept the work site clean, hauled away the old unit and left out house looking like no one had worked for 14.5 hour in and out of the house during a snow storm! I would highly recommend this team!

The professionals at Jetson have been wonderful to work with from start to finish! At every step of the process, they were thoughtful, smart, seasoned HVAC professionals. The project at my house was not at all straightforward but these guys helped me get a new cold climate heat pump installed despite more than a few challenges! And at no extra charge They worked long hours and were pleasant the entire time. They didn’t leave until the job was 100% finished. I can’t recommend Jetson highly enough! The team that did our install was fantastic! They were efficient and experts in their various tasks while working exceptionally well with each other. They stayed until all aspects of the install were working properly and made sure we were comfortable with the app.

We checked out 3 HVAC companies when shopping for our whole house heat pumpand I'm confident we made the correct choice with Jetson.

Super clean install and friendly staff. Most important when we had an issue (we needed an auxiliary heat strip) their team came back to take care of everything. They really have exceeded my expectations- if you need to replace a gas furnace start here!

I had a Jetson installed last fall. The install was seamless, and Jetson has been on top of it with any adjustments and tweaks since then. Everyone that has walked into my home has been Professional, friendly, and willing to ask all my questions while they work. Last week Jeff came to install the updated home monitor. He was quick, thorough, and professional through and through. So far, the switch to the heat pump has been great.

Jetson installed a new heat pump at my home and did a great job. We had good communication throughout the process with the salesperson and the project operations teams, and the install went pretty smoothly. There were a couple of things that needed to be added/updated with my ducting to optimize the install but those were done without extra charge. This did extend my install to two days total, but this was no issue. The installation team explained what I needed to know to maintain the system and I'm looking forward to working with Jetson in the future for any maintenance needs.

The quote also was much lower than what I had received from other companies after rebates, which I was very happy about. Other companies also were pushing a backup furnace which I didn't want, so Jetson was a good fit for a heat pump only solution.

The technicians are very professional, with great team work, and respect to the client. They layout a green carpet, worked in the snow, worked in tight crawl spaces, improvise with clients request and concerns without additional cost, and they clean up after they are done. I was so pleased I sent my friend their way. The total amount of time for the heat pump installation was about 17 hours.

I want to thank the entire Jetson Home team for their incredible effort and dedication. They installed a Hyper Heat Pump Central Air System in my home, and it cools and heats perfectly! Even though the project took more time than expected, what truly stood out was how attentive, professional, and committed they were to getting the job done right.
