I had a 25 year old Bryant unit and wanted it replaced with another Bryant system. Website was very helpful in locating quality dealers and providing some great information on indoor air quality that I had no idea about

I bought the furnace not even a year ago the first snow we get here my house is freezing cold I can’t get it to turn on i tried calling they kept transferring my call i told them i have a newborn at home i need someone to come out and turn it on no one came out i called back the girl who answer had no record of my furnace purchased their customer service is a joke i will take this to corporate because they didn’t care how cold it was in my home with my kids

I found a factory authorized dealer off of Bryant Colorado. They were great. Professional and courteous, and I’ve recommended them to two friends so far.

The Bryant product is the quietest and most reliable Furnace and A/C I have ever had in my home! My home is far more comfortable after I had the new furnace installed. and the modulating A/C keeps every room with in a few degrees regardless of the outdoor temp.

Having to unexpectedly replace your HVAC system isn't exactly the best news, but couldn't be happier with the referrals I received from this website! The sales guy was spot on when he said the Bryant Evolution system was the best combination of comfort and energy efficiency. Truly a win-win for any consumer. Plus, you can't even hear the thing run!

This brand new Bryant Xcel Home Smart residential AC unit is totally fake junk. Xcel installed this Bryant AC in my house last year. It does not blow cold. Again, it’s not cold.

I told the installer and he said it’s not cold b/c your walls aren’t cold. Once your walls are cold then it will be cold. Bogus! A year later it is still not cold.

Also Xcel’s faulty installation causes my furnace cabinet to squeak and rattle. I have to shut it all off to get the noise to stop.

This unit is a total rip off. Stay away from Xcel Home Smart and stay away from Bryant. They’re both just a fake, cash sucking fraud.

We have had our evolution system for almost a year now, and I can write a fully honest review. I absolutely love it!!! The modulating furnace helped with the temputure difference we use to experience. And our neighbors are jealous over how quiet the A/C runs. Their warranties are super! And the customer service, is hands down the best! Thank you Bryant for amazing products, service, and peace of mind!
