1st appointment in a 2 step process for an evaluation on replacing my HVAC and water heater (my request). They seem pretty smart and interested in doing the job right from the very beginning. I will follow up in my reviews with the results of the next appointment.

Oh I almost forgot the best part. They left me a magazine issue with their company highlights and employee recaps. They even included budgets for systems and upgrades. How cool.

I received a number of quotes to install a whole home humidifier. Gustafson was amazing from start to finish. I was able to handle everything over the phone without needing an additional in-person quote with a number of upcharges. I spoke to a gentleman who walked me through options by seeing pictures of my setup and was extremely knowledgable on what was necessary to ensure I was getting the correct humidifier for my home. The pricing was extremely competitive compared to the others and was not full of hidden charges. When I called, they were able to get an appointment set up within a week. The service tech was on time, courteous, cleaned up after himself, and walked me through the whole setup.

Gustafson installed our HVAC system in 2019 and have been so great with service! They're honest and back up their work. Recently our A/C wasn't cooling to the set temp. Todd was so kind & diligent in teaching us what to do as homeowners, but also servicing/cleaning the mechanics and we're back to a nice, cool home just in time for higher temperatures!

WOW, what a great job Gustafson Heating and Air Conditioning did for my wife and I. They were professional, fast, and way less expensive than the others we looked into. We really appreciate what they did. It was in the winter when our furnace broke down and they replaced it immediately. They left our home clean and warm and we will appreciate the cool air this coming summer. THANK YOU Mike and your team!

I have the twice a year check up on my HVAC systems inside my home. They clean and service my units.

Technician was on time., texted me a picture of himself..Was very respectful and competent

I've had a few different HVAC companies out to service our AC from over the last two years Generally our AC felt like it had terrible airflow or the line would start to ice over. One company tech topped off freon, another company suggested we consider buying a whole new unit and only did basic service.

When our line froze over again we called Gustafson this time and Jeff came out. In little time he found an exterior source of a freon leak that should have been easily identifiable by other techs, as it was pretty clear when he explained and showed it to me. Jeff provided an estimate and we arranged to have Gustafson send another tech out to repair the leak and reclaim/refill the freon at a later date.

Louis showed up to do the repairs right on time and quickly got to work. After repairing the source of the leak and refilling he still was seeing some problematic numbers on his gauges and the line was freezing over quicker than before, which he diagnosed as a kink in the line just behind the exterior wall. Louis was extremely communicative and clear about what he believed was the problem and potential issues that could occur while trying to fix it, as well as the cost. Though I was concerned he gave me plenty of information to understand the problem and make an educated decision on how to proceed.

His assessment was correct and he was able to fix two serious bends in the line just behind the exterior wall. The work he did showed a lot of respect for my house with limited intrusion into my siding and he even put in place temporary encasement of the exterior wall, even though he was just there for the AC.

While things were looking better Louis still said the numbers were improved but still less than normal and quickly began inspecting other elements of the HVAC. He fairly quickly diagnosed a limited air intake in the return and found a quick solve to increase it.

The entire time Jeff and Louis were at my house and working on my HVAC I felt like I had experienced techs who were vested in solving an actual problem, not just there to tell me I needed to buy a new system or perform regular maintenance without the knowledge or experience to know there was an actual issue. They diagnosed several problems from the original install and solved them all. My AC feels like a whole new system with better airflow and quicker cool times. Hat tip to Louis who, without being asked, noticed we don't wear shoes in the house and took his shoes off whenever he came in. Again, Louis couldn't have been more respectful of our home and provided high quality service in everything he did.

First off -- I'm no relation to this business. They installed the furnace 9 years ago and their number was taped to the unit.
I called b/c it didn't kick on last night and it was CHILLY in our house this morning. Since today is Sunday, I just wanted to leave a message so we'd be their first call back Monday morning. I was so surprised someone answered -- Todd. Not only that, he was incredibly helpful over the phone. I had done a little trouble shooting earlier and after a brief conversation, I was able to get the furnace running with Todd's help. This kind of customer service is pretty unusual. Obviously, this is a solid company and their people know what they're doing.

I recently had A/C service and I must say this company prides themselves on their customer service. The team that came out was clear and concise, kept me updated on the process and what they were doing. If you want fast, honesty, and affordability go with Gustafson. Very satisfied.

Service man was on time. Had booties which was great. Serviced both heaters and changed the filters. Even turned out the lights.

We have to go through our home warranty - who are being giant pains, uhg. BUT they connected us with Gustafson and our experience directly with Gustafson has been so good! The people in the front office are kind and give helpful information, they confirmed our appointment the day before someone came out, and the technician who came to look at our appliance was professional, helpful, and kind. I'm so impressed with the quality of service!! Plus the technician was cool with our dogs being around - it would have been totally fine if he wasn't! But it's always nice when people are nice to the pets of the house.

Update - the lady at Gustafson that I spoke to multiple times, I believe her name is Hannah, went above and beyond to get our home warranty to call her back and approve the claim! Again, the customer service here is incredible.

Arrived early Dec 24, diagnosed and repaired the problem. Totally professional and worth his weight in gold.

We had Gustafson out to provide a bid to replace the ductwork in our home. Their team was prompt, professional, and thorough in evaluating the situation and explaining the proposed solution. While we ultimately decided not to move forward with the project, I was very impressed with their expertise and responsiveness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering HVAC work.

LuZ did an amazing job fixes a leak in our furnace vent pipe. First finding the leak and then his creative low collateral impact solution to repairing the leak. Thank You Luz

Everyone at Gustafson is super friendly and helpful, including their great technicians. Mike talked me out of getting a more expensive humidifier than I needed, which shows a lot of integrity. I did have an issue with them honoring their coupon, but they made it right. I'd recommend asking for a written quote with any discounts applied in advance just in case, though.

Following service, things were not quite right but the problem was remedied quickly. I am very happy with each experience I have had with Gustafsons’ technicians.
