We had Gustafson’s team of experts replace our 20 year old heating and AC units and we could not be happier. Overall kudos to Jacob and Luis for completing the project with such great quality. They were also very clean and took good care of even the smallest details. 100% recommended.

So great! I felt like there wasn’t any airflow and called - the technician was great and got the airflow increased quite a bit (to start and try for a bit). Also let me know a few tips with the smart thermostat that could also help regulate the temps better. I appreciated the help and knowing that I wasn’t wrong about the airflow - and he acknowledged a new system sometimes needs adjustments a few times, and to just call anytime and they’d come back to work on it more. He was friendly and helpful and honest.

Todd is amazing. He thoroughly tested our air conditioner to determine why the compressor was overheating. With his test results, some research, and determination to resolve the issue, he got it running properly. Thank you for not giving up when it was not easy to figure it out. You saved us from having to replace our AC.

They did excellent work and a great price. Quick as well! Same day fabrication and install for an exhaust hood.

Incredibly happy with the service we received from Justin with Gustafson H&A today! He was very informative and quickly diagnosed the issues we were having with our HVAC. Really appreciate how hands on and helpful he was overall.

Warranty work to insulate the ducts of my Pulte home was done today.
Gustafson not only coordinated with Pulte to get the warranty approved, but came and efficiently did the work.
Hopefully, this will fix the cold room problem.

Good morning.
I’m just letting you know my wife and I were pleased with Luis’ work to replace a malfunctioning thermostat as well as our annual furnace maintenance.
Luis was so knowledgeable and experienced that he could find a solution to overcome a problem where our old thermostat cable to the furnace only had four wires whereas the new thermostat needed five wires. We’ve now cycled through a week of heating, including the weekend settings, with the new thermostat and all appears to be working fine.
My wife now trusts the new thermostat and she is happy!

The two story townhome had a large temperature difference between the 1st and 2nd floors. The technician came out promptly and rebalanced the system quickly. There was marked improvement of the problem and at this time there is only 1.5° difference between the two floors.

We were very pleased with the service. There were no charges. This service considered to be warranty work.

We had a defective Carrier thermostat that would not work correctly nor interface with my smart phone. Todd the HVAC technician was able to temporarily fix the heat then come back replace the thermostat plus he provided the HVAC warranty and maintenance plan for ongoing service. A+ service and excellent customer support.

Justin did a great job for us, and even gave us some information that will help us use our equipment more efficiently. We are happy to be repeat customers of Gustafson's!

Todd did excellent work repairing our humidifier, replacing furnace filters and replacing the capacitor on our AC unit to get it ready for next summer. His inspection report was thorough, easy to understand and he was friendly to be with. Thank you again Gustafson H&A for your good work and we'll see you again!

These guys are beyond professional. When I called everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. The service tech was prompt and outstanding. Clean install and he explained everything to me. Just an overall outstanding experience!

Gustafson always does a thorough and professional job. And if something goes wrong, they will fix it promptly! I had a new water tank installed (great service by Jacob and Luis), but that evening, my gas fireplace wouldn't come on. Dylan came out the next day and found that the pilot light had gone out when the gas was disconnected. He relit the pilot and showed me how to do it in the future if needed. All the Gustafson staff are courteous, helpful, and professional. My go-to company!
