I don’t normally write reviews but I have to let folks know that this group is fantastic. I’ve now had my AC unit replaced (2 years ago) and they just came out to fix my old furnace. Their pricing is totally fair (had comparison for both jobs) and I cannot say enough good things about their team. Dave, in particular, was patient with my questions and clear with what was going on and what needed to be done. I cannot recommend them enough, you should definitely call them if you need anything done. They will be my only call moving forward.

We hired FRMS to do routine furnace maintenance and to install a whole house humidifier. Steve, the owner, spent extra time explaining options and how everything will work. His team showed up on time, provided an estimated time for completion, and finished on time.

Made the mistake of using this company at our shop, have never been so disappointed. Not only do the techs show up late (if they show up at all) they do not properly perform repairs, having to call them back 5+ times for the same issue. One time one of their techs was watching YouTube videos on the repair he was attempting to perform, and broke the unit in the process. We have since switched to a different company and could not be happier to not deal with the runaround and to have repairs done properly the first time.

Mr. Baker and his team are awesome. If you need someone with expertise and professionalism this is the team. They fix it correctly the first time and provide excellent service.

I live out of states and needed help for my parents who are 88 years old. First big snow of the year and freezing temperatures the furnace went out. The technician was thorough and did a good job in resolving their issues with the furnace. Lots of cleaning and some parts had to be ordered. Heat is on and my parents are grateful.

Horizon Tech Zen was very professional and did a fantastic job repairing our water heater. He took a pretty beat down device and made it look brand new. I highly recommend this company and ask for Zen he is a great tech and very honest!!

This is the second time I've worked with Horizon Services for work at my home. They are very responsive, polite, and professional in all facets of the business. Reese came to my home to service my furnace. He called 15 minutes before my appointment time to let me know he was en route. He arrived exactly on time, and went immediately to the task. Explained everything clearly, and left my house looking better than before he arrived. Definitely recommend them for home services.

Great company, great service. We are signed up for their Peak Advantage Service (which is a monthly fee that pays for a furnace tune-up in the fall and a AC tune-up in spring). It's nice because they call to schedule the appointment so you don't forget. There are no charges then when they arrive.

I have had great techs every time that take their time to do the tune-up and inspection, explain the results and provide suggestions for improvements. I would recommend Horizon to anyone!

Dan the repair man came over early but called first to make sure we were ready. He was great with our dog, very knowledgeable and got to work. He was able to fix our humidifier at a reasonable cost and was honest about how our system was running. This is the first time using this company but will use them in the future if we need anything else.

We had a rather intense clog in one of our bathrooms. I asked on NextDoor for recommendations for a plumber. The first plumber that came handled it in short order. While he was here we talked about tankless water heaters. The man’s name is John Miller. Yesterday, Mike Silva came promptly at 9:00 and installed said water heaters. He was polite, friendly respectful and quite knowledgeable. There isn’t any edivence that he was here. I believe my basement looks better than before he came.
