CMS did a fantastic job installing a completely new A/C system for our 3300 sq foot home. They also installed a new furnace and hot water heater, and did a fantastic job on that as well. It has been 6 months now and all is working great! they have been by to check to make sure everything was working well at no extra cost. They were honest, reliable, efficient, fast, cleaned up well after the job was done, and customer service was excellent! The cost was exactly what they had quoted-so no surprises, good prices, great service and warrantied their work. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend to others!

Very knowledgeable and honest. They troubleshooted and fixed my 2 commercial A/C units at my shop. They work great now.
I also had them change some plumbing in my bathrooms as well to bring them up to city code. They passed city inspection with flying colors. I would recommend them and use them again!

When we decided that it was time to replace our 20+ years old furnace and AC unit, we contracted with Climate Mechanical Solutions and were impressed by how knowledgeable, professional, and efficient they were. They discussed with us all the options on how to improve the indoor air quality, explained the pros and cons of different brands and types of equipment. Under the current circumstances and since both of us are working from home now, we opted to install a few additional pieces of equipment to humidify, filter and sanitize the air inside our home.
On the day of installation, the crew arrived early, equipped with the personal protective gear, and covered all the working areas. They did an amazing job removing the old units before installing the new and thoroughly cleaning afterward. It has been almost a month since our new HVAC system was installed, and we have been enjoying our clean, cool (or gently heated) indoor air every day.
Climate Mechanical Solutions by far exceeded our expectations and we greatly appreciate all the product and experience they have delivered.

I had Alex come out for what I thought would be an ac repair but there were too many things going wrong, and with me having done AC repairs twice already with another company that failed, Alex suggested that a full AC replacement would be the best way to go. I didn’t really want a new air conditioner but I also wanted peace of mind that I wouldn’t need to keep having repairs done.

Alex set me up with a new unit by Carrier and it’s working like a charm, it’s finally cool in my house again! In late Nov 2021, we called upon Master Tech to investigate a water leak in our driveway. With short notice they came and evaluated the problem in the alley of our townhome complex. They brought equipment and set to work repairing the water input line. As they worked, bigger problems arose and they professionally handled the situation, bringing in more piping needed. The entire project was completed with water restored to service for all townhomes involved. We were kept informed as the project progressed. We will be using these folks again for our next project. We have also advised our homeowners to consider getting estimates from them when replacing A/C and furnaces due to their proficiency and professionalism.
