Sparks was great to work with last December when I needed my HVAC system replaced quickly for a tenant. Fast forward a year, I'm in the process of selling the property and needed them to come back out to place a filter door on the furnace and clean/service the unit for my buyer (which should have been under warranty). I worked with Kara, who told me the work wouldn't be covered under the warranty, to get scheduled for them to come out on the 1st and was provided a window for when to expect my technician. We waited for two hours and he never showed, never called to provide an ETA/update, nothing. When I called Tim to ask what was going on and if I could get on the schedule for another day, he just forwarded my voicemail to Kipp, who called me back and said he was going to call the office to find out what happened with the scheduling, as he didn't even see me on there, and would text me back to coordinate a technician coming out. Despite him saying he was "going to make it right" for us, I never heard back from Kipp. I ended up calling another company the following morning to get on their schedule only to have some other person from Sparks, Mike, text me and say he was an hour out. 20 minutes after Mike said he was an hour out, I get a text that says, "On my way, I'll be there in 12 minutes." I had no idea he was even coming and had to scramble to rearrange my day and get over to the property due to the last minute communication. I still haven't even received my invoice to provide proof to my buyer the work was done. The lack of organization and communication from them was surprising considering I had such a positive experience with them last year. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take future business needs elsewhere.

We had our furnace go out over the coldest days last winter and were scrambling to find someone to help. Tim took our late night call, walked us through some troubleshooting to try and get things back up and running and had a tech out first thing the next morning to look. We unfortunately were due for a new furnace/ AC. Tim gave us very straight forward pricing and info. We had 2 additional quotes that more than doubled Tim’s quote. Kip came over and installed the new systems in our freezing cold home immediately and had everything back working within 24 hours. Kip also just came by to make sure the AC is functioning properly now that it’s summer. He’s been so helpful and knowledgeable. We would absolutely use Sparks again!

The most amazing service I have ever received from any HVAC company. Tim is very easy to work with and it was AMAZING how quickly they came out and replaced our furnace. From the initial call to install was about 24hrs.

I’m questioning my service warranty as Tim had sold me on a 10-yr warranty with the A/C. Neither he or his team has been able to produce any warranty documents for me to hold with regard to my purchase after a half dozen requests. The unit appears new and works. Response, quote, and installation were quick. Prices were very fair. But I hope that doesn’t come at a cost when this unit breaks down and I have no warranty filed with the manufacturer...

Tim was great with all his information and answering all our questions then getting a quote to us quickly for a furnace and AC replacement. Kipp did the installation and did an efficient job. Finished in 6 hours when another company was going to take 1-1.5 days. Everything was cleaned up well, he showed us all that was done, and how the system operates. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. We were very pleased with the price compared to the other quotes. I highly recommend Sparks Heating & Air for your HVAC needs.

Our technician Kip of Sparks Heating & Air was awesome. Very professional, and knowledgeable- he spent time explaining what was needed, how he was going to go about tge repair. When done, he reviewed everything with me and demonstrated how to regulate the new system. I highly recommend Sparks Heating & Air for your HVAC needs.

Great work at a fair price. Very happy with Sparks. They installed a mini-split and replaced my main condenser. All done well and without delay. Other companies quoted much higher with unnecessary add ons glad I found Sparks. They were straight forward and reasonably priced. Highly recommend choosing them for all your HVAC needs

The team from beginning to end have been wonderful. Kipp came by and looked at both our AC and Furnace and recommended the appropriate replacement. Tim is quick to respond & will make every effort to ensure you’re scheduled promptly! Jaxen was fantastic! He rolled with the punches, alongside a million different situations (cleaning crew, husband & I in back to back meetings, dog to work around, etc)… he was polite, respectful, & informative.
He mentioned that he’s somewhat new, so I wanted to be sure to give him credit because credit is due!

This place is pretty terrible. They've been back to my house on 7 different occasions starting back in may, it's now August. They have repeatedly failed to give any notice at all they were coming by, told my wife she looks like a 12 year old child after repeatedly asking her to call her parents(very uncomfortable interaction), left a pool of water and bits of scrap metal scattered across my basement and yard and to top it off, the AC still doesn't work.

I would definitely not recommend at all

*Update* 10 months later and the ac still hasn't worked for more than a month at a time. They've been out 3 times since, still no working ac. They had a tech leave the coolant valve open to then leak all the coolant out, the other two times their own guys mentioned how shoddy the work was being taped up and covered in epoxy.

Fantastic service, on time, very thorough work done by a very pleasant service professional/young man! The annual subscription system they have is a phenomenal service so we don't have to worry about our heating and air system at all! AND they even brought filters for a year! So yes, we highly highly recommend Sparks Heating and Air!

We are very happy with our purchase and installation of our new furnace. Kipp did an amazing job not only installing the furnace, but in also explaining what he did. He was careful in protecting our wood floors while transferring the units and cleaned up his workspace.
It was also nice working with Tim. He was very responsive in getting us a quote and setting us up with an appointment right away.

Our upstairs furnace went out during the coldest weekend of the season. Tim sent out one of his technicians within a couple of hours of our call. Kipp provided straight forward options to fix the problem, but we knew our furnace ultimately needed to be replaced. We received a fair and reasonable quote and had our furnace replaced within a couple of days. Kipp and his partner worked efficiently and explained the work they completed. We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Sparks Heating and Air.

Our furnace stopped working - of course, right before the April snow - and Sparks came highly recommended. They didn’t charge a fee just to come out (as the other places I called did) and were super helpful in getting us in ASAP. They were prompt and communicative regarding their arrival and once there Kipp was super kind and helpful. It turned out we needed a new unit and again the communication with the owner, Tim, was on point. They considered several options for us and once decided they provided us a great price. Kipp installed the unit the same day and we were hugely relieved - as the snow continued to fall! It’s great to have a trustworthy source in this area and we look forward to working with them and also recommending to friends and family!

I cannot recommend Sparks Heating and Air enough. We got a great new furnace and A/C for way less than the other quotes we had received. Tim, the owner, guided us through the process of choosing the best system for our house's size without breaking the bank. What an outstanding company! I honestly can’t imagine giving them anything less than five stars. They work directly with manufacturers, which means you get the best prices on brand-name, high-quality A/C products. Mariana and her team are exceptional—professional, friendly, and truly committed to helping their customers. I recommend them to anyone with an A/C or heating need. Don’t get taken advantage of by companies that charge inflated prices because they have to buy through a middleman—go straight to the best!

I did not receive maintenance but purchased and had installed a new HVAC and AC system. Sparks is so easy to work with. From getting a quote (in 25 hrs) to paying the invoice (Online) It was also simple. The three young men who came out to install the systems arrived at 9 AM, didn’t take a lunch break and we’re finished and cleaned up by 4 PM. They went over the features of both systems, how my air duct vent should be set, how the new thermostat works. They left for filters and showed me how to change them once a month if dirty for the summer months. As simple as putting something in a drawer.
Company that had been Maintaining my old systems, had expanded now to include plumbing and electrical and became very expensive, not very responsive and focused on selling rather than maintenance. I felt they were taking advantage of me so I called Sparks who had been recommended by a friend a year ago. I wish I’d call them a year ago, but things are great now. Don’t pay twice as much as you need to with a big company. Really check things out. I’m sure glad I did.

Sparks Heating and Air is the BEST! Tim Sparks is quick to respond and discuss issues over the phone and then even quicker in getting the work the done. We needed a new A/C and furnace and he gave use the most competitive quote, didn't oversell and educated us along the way. His team was super kind, professional and efficient. They are my go to company for heating and air conditioning!

I highly recommend Sparks. I called others for quotes and they insisted they had to come out to quote. I sent Tim pics and he was able to quote without coming out. I was surprised at how quickly they diagnosed the problem and fixed my AC the team was friendly professional and highly efficient
