Abdullah and Chad were great and very helpful.They cane out on Sunday to do an electrical review and Abdullah cleaned and serviced my furnance.He also cleaned the motor which had never been done before by anyone who had previously serviced my furnance.They both were very nice and I was pleased with their services

I needed a wall sconce installed, and Greg came out to assess the project the very day that I called. The next day, he arrived ahead of schedule, and we're very pleased with the results. Greg was polite and professional, and most importantly, he offered plenty of expertise for handling an installation in our old house that presented some unexpected challenges. Greg was a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate the time he took to explain things every step of the way. Definitely recommended.

Christopher was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Worked hard to get our system up and running again and genuinely cared about doing the best job he could. Also did a really good job of explaining the work he was doing and educating us on the mechanics of our HVAC system. Can’t say enough good things about Chris. AC went down in a heat wave. Home warranty company was little to no help and kept providing quick fix solutions that didn’t work. Not only did Ian come out and spend four hours diagnosing and making recommendations, he helped expedite the home warranty approval by literally joining the phone call and submitting detailed pictures and reports. His team was out the next day in extremely hot temperatures to fix the full unit. They were polite and respectful and helped educate us on other potential ways to help improve our AC. Even their receptionist was incredibly friendly. Really amazing service and people.

Fix-it 24/7 has been so helpful to us and great at taking care of our systems. Abdullah was right on time, kind, quick, and went over our furnace service thoroughly.

Today, we ran into an issue I’ve never experienced before—and from start to finish, the entire team exceeded expectations. From supervisors to technicians, everyone was on top of it—calling, checking in, sending updates, and sharing valuable information that was new to both myself and my client.

The level of knowledge, communication, and professionalism was above and beyond. I wish I could remember the name of the supervisor I spoke with, but I want to give a huge shoutout to the leadership team. I also want to specifically thank Turner for staying in close contact and sharing as much as he could throughout the process.

Joe was great. He got my issue fixed quickly. He was so pleasant and professional and took the time to show me what he was doing and answer all of my questions.

A/C went out in the most in the worst time when temps went over 90. Thank god for these guys! It took 2 days due to a bad part but these guys were so polite and nice and respectful of the property we didn’t mind having them around! Even our 4 dogs got used to being in a gated off room right next to where they were working. Can’t say enough on how happy we were on their service!

I'm very unhappy with the value this company provided me. It's hard when your system is down and your family is uncomfortable to take the time to get multiple quotes, compare the equipment and service,etcetera. I shared this concern with the company when they came out and they assured me that I would not be disappointed spending more with them. That was not the case. I'm embarrassed that I let myself be taken advantage of like this. Don't let this happen to you.

Apparently ripping me off once felt so good to this company that they feel like they need to harass me with follow up sales calls twice a year despite my repeated requests to be left alone. They honestly have no shame. Don't believe the spin and fake sincerity they attempt in their public responses. This company only cares about the next sale.

Joe from Fix-It 24/7 was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough with my furnace issues. He assessed my system and diagnosed the problem quickly without skipping steps, made a plan for a necessary replacement part and went to get the part same day so that my family would not have a cold night. He came right back, and even anticipated a secondary issue and had that part with him to get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend Joe and Fix-it 24/7.

Good for their maintenance plan, but the pros stop there. I’ve been a Fix-It customer for years with their green club membership that is convenient and I think a fair price for what you get. They claim this membership gives you a “discount” but they’re crazy overpriced for actual work. They quoted me $2,300 dollars MORE than the competition for a 40 gallon water heater replacement. You read that right- the company we went with did it for $3,400 for a 50 gallon tank- Fix-It’s quote for a 40 gal was $5,700!!!!! We then had their electrical inspection which is part of their membership and complimentary, where they quoted $570 dollars to replace an outdoor outlet receptacle- laughable. $17 dollars at Home Depot and 20 mins later, we had that replaced. My only question is how many thousands of dollars I’ve wasted with them having them do big projects (an electrical panel replacement and new HVAC system). Lesson learned- SHOP ELSEWHERE because holy rip-off. Advertising at Coors Field must cost a fortune to require price gouging your loyal customers that badly.

It dropped down to 8 degrees and I had no heat at all on my first floor!!!

I called last night 1/23/2026 and was told a technician would come that evening! I called around 3:30pm & waited for a technician to show all night!

I could have called a different company but trusted they would keep their word!

Unprofessional to “ghost” customers! No one showed up, nor call me to explain! Unreliable and no follow no follow thru!

There is still a good company out there with good customer service. It is quite rare to find a good company with good customer service, good products, good employees. These guys did it. I would love to speak to the owner. I own a small business and am very impressed with this business.

My furnace was not turning on so we decided to call fix it 24/7 and needless to say it was not a good experience whatsoever. To start off, our scheduled window for someone to look at our furnace was 1pm till 5pm. He didn’t end up showing up till 4:40, and let us know that if we wanted the service we would have to pay extra for going over the allotted time even though he was the one to arrive so late. Secondly, the diagnosis he gave would cost around $1500, which was way out of my price range. I decided to get a second opinion from another company and they ended up telling me that there was no need for that $1500 repair at all, and gave me a proper diagnosis of my furnace with no charge. Fix-it 24/7 charged us $150 for him to be late and be here for less than 10 minutes. All in all, I definitely do not recommend them if you are looking for honest and helpful services.
