Kyle was fantastic and provided plumbing quote today and service. We needed a hot water flush and had an unknown shower temperature issue. He clearly diagnosed the problem, tried the easy solution first, and when we chose what level of service we wanted today he was extremely transparent and consultative. Also he wore boot covers meticulously to keep the floor clean, which we appreciated.

Kyle did great work installing our water filter system. He was very professional and efficient. We got two other estimates from different plumbing companies who quoted us 2 - 3x more than Behold Plumbing did. I’m very pleased with the price and work. 10/10 would recommend this company!

To begin with, Behold Heating and Cooling was the only company interested in talking numbers to me, prior to a scheduled meeting at my house. That meant a great deal to me, giving me peace of mind, that I could actually afford a new furnace. Bryan was so transparent with answering questions as well as sharing what all my choices could be. When Bryan was pulling out the old unit, they noticed a puddle of water under the mobile home. They were able to get a plumber out for me. Kyle quickly correctly identified the issue and made needed repairs. Compared to a couple other quotes I received Beholds’ cost was substantially less. Going forward this is the only company I would use and recommend.

Alex is the man! Called at 8:00 at night and he was here 45 minutes later. Spend until 10 pm fixing our unit and making sure we had AC after a 100 degree day. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was very professional and nice. Highly highly recommend!

The service performed on our water heater by Christian K. was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. His technical expertise and ability to explain what he was doing so that I understood was very much appreciated. Very happy with the outcome of the appointment!

Abraham provided outstanding service today flushing my water heater. He was polite, highly trained and very patient with all my questions. He gave me advice and direction on things for me to consider on my water heater.

Jackson did an AMAZING job! Summary of my experience:

1. RESULTS: my AC is working well and they showed me the source of the issues!
2. COST: Honest about the charges (which were extremely reasonable) for what they found and the work they needed to do to repair my AC
3. COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: Properly introduced themselves, they were courteous but focused on the job, they explained what they were doing (but not too technical, in a way I could understand), and offered me solutions for any problems that came up (which were basically none they didn’t have solutions for already).
4. TIMING: I called them and they got my house servied same-day. Absolutely phenomenal.

Bottom line: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A MILITARY VETERAN (they have awesome discounts and benefits, and I believe that goes for Police officers and First Responders, too.)

Tahar our technician today was incredibly professional, and thoughtful during his time in our home. His work and attention to detail was impeccable. I am incredibly pleased with the work he did, and am glad to see that Fixit 24/7 hires such a high caliber individual to represent them in the field.

Couldn’t recommend/praise Taylor more! He went above and beyond and walked me through the entirety of the process. Was honest and transparent and was appropriate with recommended improvements (and honest about what doesn’t need work).

They got the job done in decent time but it wasn’t easy.

We set up an appointment around 8 pm after our ac went out using their online scheduling tool for the following morning between 8am and noon.

10:30am rolls around and we hadn’t hear anything so we called them up. The woman checks for us and immediately finds us in the system but says “oops looks like we didn’t catch that because no one was in the office when it came through.” This seems strange. Why even have the automated system if someone has to be there for it to work? So we’d lost our appointment and she said it might be sometime that day or possibly the next.

Fortunately they called that day to say they were coming. But the tech went to the wrong side of town trying to find us. No big deal mistakes happen, the tech Eric was very friendly and got our AC working again. The issue was a bad capacitor and the bill was $392 before tax, a little steep but what can you do.

We wanted to inquire about potentially buying a new unit, and Eric got on the phone and had someone heading over right away to talk to us about options. We had eric remind them that the address had been hard to find for him so we double confirmed it at that time.

The sales rep called us a while later saying he too got lost and that we would need to either wait another hour or try again the next day. After the sales rep came he said he’d sent a quote over in 1-2 hours. It’s been about 11 hours and no quote.

I won’t be choosing to do business with this company again in the future.

I had a non emergency leaking faucet repair. Fix-It 24/7 could have sent someone out that day but I had another appointment so it was the next day. Tough to get a plumber that quickly. Benny was the plumber who showed up. What a great guy. Very humble and personable. He made a quick diagnosis and got the faucet working without leaking in about 15 minutes. The charge was very reasonable compared to other plumbers I’ve had make repairs. If I have future plumbing issues, I will ask for Benny.

Made a unsatisfied review and I got a call back what they can do to help. Basically I had someone come out to tell me the problem and estimate the cost to fix and was charged more than I was told and that didn’t sit right with me. So the rep made it right with me and I really really appreciate that! Thank you again!

Had a small issue with estimate but the company made it right. Solid customer service and work was done well. Technician was great.
