I’m really finding it hard to find the words to express how pleased I was with both Behold and Ryan Johnson. Ryan came within a day or so after I first contacted Behold and looked at our existing boiler, advising me of some of its problems, and explaining how a new boiler and furnace might be installed. Later, Ryan led the installation of the combination boiler/furnace and tankless water heater. Both he and Tristan, who helped him, were competent and courteous. Awhile later, for a necessary follow-up, Cory Jones worked diligently and effectively. I do recommend Behold without qualification.

We are very happy that we select Behold Heating and Cooling to replace our 20+ years old furnace an air conditioner, we also get new humidifier and water heater. We highly recommend the company for any heating and cooling projects! I strongly believe you will not be disappointed ! Best company we worked with ever!
From our first meeting with Gilles I knew that we will most likely use his company, of course we talked with other businesses and got 3 other offers but the offer from Behold was most clear and it just make sense, I believe the price was also very reasonable. The installation was exactly what hoped for , completed in one day , our house was protected, and both Kendrick and Tristan were professional and extremely friendly!

Behold came through for me in a big way! I called them during an emergency situation, and they got me an appointment very quickly. My technician, Tim Klatt, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and completed the job efficiently. From my first interaction with scheduling to the finished work, they were exceptional on all fronts. I highly recommend Behold for any of your HVAC needs.

My heater wasn't heating so I called around. Dylan was able to come straight over, less than 2 hours after I called the house was warm. Luckily it was a simple fix, no parts needed (a spider had built it's web in there), so the whole repair was covered under the $89 service fee. Dylan was respectful of me and of my home. AND he told me they work on swamp coolers, which is sort of hard to find these days.

Excellent service. The technicians were responsive as well as knowledgeable. My HVAC system presented multiple problems, but the technicians persevered, over several necessary visits, until they repaired every issue and had the system working properly. The young men employed by this company are exemplary in their professionalism, etiquette, and work ethic. Hire them!

I needed a new furnace and got a good deal and am very pleased with the result. I worked with Jay to get a quote, Brandon to do the install and Tim to make some adjustments to the system. All were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I will be using Behold again for all my home's climate control needs and recommend others in the Denver area do the same.

Our water softener was obviously not working so I went to a big box store to find out about replacement. They sent someone from a company that they had contracted with to our house who took hours to put on a show of water testing and pushing various upsells. Finally they gave me an outrageous quote that we couldn’t afford and pushed to have their system installed the next day.
Another plumbing company came and had a much better estimate but no attempt to fix our existing.
Then came Cory from Behold. His approach was “let’s see if we can fix your existing system first”, and it worked! He was so honest and helpful that I couldn’t recommend him more. When my softener finally is too old to be fixed, Behold Heating and Cooling will definitely be who I will call…and I’ll ask for Corey

Behold provided a top notch customer service experience. From the scheduling experience, to the estimate with Jay, and the actual installation. The entire team was nothing but professional. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for HVAC. We ended up deciding on the heat pump, and they always answered each question with honesty.

The whole team at Behold was great! Jay was able to work with us to find a model and price that worked, and all the install guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They put in a new furnace, AC, and water heater for us within 3 days of calling them. They were really fast at troubleshooting a small issue with the thermostat we had too, I would recommend them to any of my friends!

Brian, Tim, & Team were amazing - very transparent about the problem, didn't try to upsell us, and gave us a fair price for the work. All interactions were professional and reliable. We will definitely be hiring this team again should the need come up in the future!

Our furnace had stopped working all together. There was no heat in the house and it had turned cold outside. We needed help! We were not satisfied with another HVAC company's diagnosis and estimate. I decided to contact Angi's and the response was almost immediate from Behold Heating & Cooling Services. We set an appointment for the next day. Tristan arrived on time and began checking everything on the furnace. He informed me that he would not leave until the correct diagnosis was made and the necessary repairs were done to get our furnace running again. He kept me in the loop the whole time he was here so I would be able to understand everything that was going on. I appreciated his attention to detail and I was very satisfied with the overall outcome. I have found in Behold Heating & Cooling Services a company that I trust and that I can highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors

Kyle with Behold Plumbing replaced parts in our Master Bedroom shower. No easy task in a 20 year old house. It was such an amazing job, we asked him to come back and replaced two toilets. Once again a super job tending to every detail. Do not hesitate to call Behold.

What a great experience! The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and finished the job sooner than expected. Th communication was above par, for their arrival and how the job would be done. They took their time explaining and reviewing portion of the job through out the day. Can’t not recommend this company more!

Tim was great, very personable and also very competent. He examined our furnace and made some good suggestions about preventing wear and tear and improving function. He gave us three alternatives and pricing, there was zero upselling (which was great) and everything was transparent. We certainly would have taken at least one of his suggested upgrades, but we're selling our home very soon, so we just went with some general maintenance. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

I was surprised when he said he'd looked at the in-home humidifier, which hasn't been working, and diagnosed the problem. I was happy because I thought I'd have to call someone else to fix it. I was also relieved that the repair could be done immediately.

Tim just seemed to be motivated to do a great job and help to make our lives easier. I'll be contacting Behold in the furture.

Behold Heating/Cooling installed air conditioning in my elderly parents' new home. They also upgraded our electrical panel to bring it up-to-date. Throughout this process the Behold staff were competent, friendly/respectful, efficient, and patiently answered my questions. We knew that putting in AC would be expensive, but the Behold bid was by far the most affordable bid of the three (3) I received. After the job was completed, I needed to call Behold for a minor issue that came up. They happily sent someone out to fix the problem and at no extra charge. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for future work!

I had the pleasure of running into Jay from Behold in Johnstown at the Grocery Store. Our Fire Dept was collecting canned goods to support the local food bank and Jay bought a whole cart of food. His support to the community this holiday season is appreciated beyond words! Thanks Jay

I have an old house with a hydronic system that, at some point in time, had been converted from the original steam heat system. I hired Behold to replace the boiler because they offered me the best price. It turned out to be very challenging to fix the radiators and looping system in my house. I understand that it was quite a funky situation, but Justin and Tim worked very hard to figure out a solution, and I really appreciate how thoroughly Justin explained the situation to me. I appreciate that this company came through and did what they said they would do, even though the job ended up being more than expected. They promised that they would make it right, and they worked relentlessly until they did just that.

Had a leak in our sump pump over a holiday weekend. A+++ experience. Behold had someone here within 2 hours. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the valve. Tested then tested then tested some more. Kyle was amazing. Super knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I’m a customer for life!

I am already telling people that if they need to hire a plumber, I have one and recommend him very, very highly. Corey came and immediately knew what the problem was regarding water contiuously running. He fixed all three of my toilets which was much more doable than my diagnois of it having to do with my irrigation system. I seldom if ever write reviews but this experience really deserved one. We had water backing up from our laundry line in a finished basement connected to an upstairs kitchen sink. Our house was built in the 50s and has finicky pipes. Kyle came out quickly and was persistent in fixing the issue, communicating with us every step. He got the clog cleared and was diligent in cleaning up before he left. And, they were reasonably priced!

If we have any issues in the future (which, old house, so we will), we will definitely call them back to help.

Tim did a great job when he came to service our furnace! He was very respectful and walked us through every step of the process. We would highly recommend using Behold if you are looking for HVAC repair!
