Joe H. From Fix It did an exceptional job for us. We were told by another company to get a new furnace but Joe H.was able to fix it and we SAVED a lot of money. He went above and beyond and even went out of his way to help us with another minor house issue that my husband couldn't fix. Joe H. explained everything and quickly and efficiently fixe our furnace. He was very kind and knowledgable. Thank you so much Joe H. and Fix It !!!

One of the worst experiences with this company.
In May, our AC went out. Someone came out and did a temporary fix and told us we needed an entirely new HVAC system. We went ahead and moved forward with an install (and 18k later for a young couple who just bought their first home)

They started working around 8am and continued to work throughout the day. They didn’t finish until 10pm, which as a mom to a small infant is excessively late… especially as they were running loud tests outside my daughter’s room at 10pm.

They scheduled an inspection with the city after the install, and it was not up to code… they proceeded to ghost me for 3 months about fixing it/getting my HVAC system up to code. After multiple calls, they finally fixed their own error and made sure it was up to code.

It’s now truly the first time we’ve had to use out heat this winter since it’s been uncharacteristically warm… and on a night when temps were averaging around 5 Fahrenheit, our furnace failed to heat our home.

Again, this system is roughly 6 months old! I called at 6:30am to get someone to come out and was told I would have someone come between 8am-12pm. It’s now 5pm and I am STILL waiting for ANY communication. I am grateful we have a fireplace because fix-it 24/7 is happy to let us freeze.

*edit: they did come and repair our furnace as it was initially installed incorrectly. I’m grateful they resolved their error but would still caution anyone from using them for HVAC installation

Jackson @ Fix it 24/7 & Joe were both very thoughtful, thorough and considerate. They were timely and informative showing me any issues they thought might be a problem in the future. And suggesting any repairs. They cleaned and serviced my AC as well as my furnace. They got the job done quickly with no fuss and were a pleasure to talk to. Thank you guy's.

Talk about customer service at its best!! Eduardo S. & his coworker worked 6+ hours to install a brand new AC system in my home deep into the night. They did not stop until I got my AC system entirely replaced! They not only worked extremely hard but also provided information along the way of their process & what certain components do. Fix-it 24/7 did an outstanding job of searching and finding the electrical problems in the home and also installed a surge protector to protect my home and performed other electrical upgrades and repairs. When you call Fix-it 24/7, you are guaranteed to receive excellent customer service through and through! I was very impressed with Eduardo S. & his coworker and this company has come through for me in years past time and again. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there unsure who to call about AC/Heating, plumbing and electrical needs. You’re guaranteed to get good quality service at a decent price!! Pretty disappointed, called to have their furnace cleaning service done after hearing them on the Tom Martino show. Tried to contact twice online and no return call. Finally had wife call and schedule, after the tech showed up and “cleaned” and inspected furnace. He claimed we had a leaking blower fan (sealed bearings, and would not give pics of fan) and completely rusted out furnace (surface rust on divider plate from broken condensing drain tube years ago) quoted $1900 for a fan (price gouging) and said we needed a new furnace (it’s never had a problem and works to this day) just because it’s 20 years old.

They claim they are on site for 2 hours and clean everything and inspect the whole unit.
The guy was there exactly 45 minutes (verified by ring camera) wiped the unit down with simple green which is a mild degreaser.

This service s a gigantic sales pitch with condescending sales techs. Would never use again.

We had an issue after a freeze, our frost-free hose bib had a hose left attached, and when it was turned on, water leaked behind the siding and showed up in the basement near the rim joist. Rock Plumbing’s technician, Cesar Alfaro, was excellent. He explained exactly what happened, walked us through the repair, and fixed it quickly. I’m also a Club Member, and it’s been one of the best programs we’ve joined…Rock Plumbing has serviced multiple things in our home fast and efficiently every time. Thanks, Rock Plumbing!

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees! Our furnace went out and we also knew our electrical panel was old and we needed more space so we decided to do both at the same time. They were able to come out so quick to do a consultation and they got the work done in the same week! All of the employees that we met were really incredible, they were all so knowledgeable and kind, they explained everything to us and make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. HUGE shout outs to Colton and Cory who did our electrical and Joe, Ian, Jacob B., and Elijah who worked on our furnace. Seriously, if you need work done give them a call, they actually care and will treat you and your home with respect! We spoke with other companies and they couldn’t answer our questions or were thousands more. These guys are the real deal! And the customer service is amazing!

Where to begin. In July I had to have a water heater replaced in an upstairs condo. Was in a bind as it had busted and was leaking through the floor into the downstairs neighbors. Couldn’t find any one else to replace it that evening, or even come out and take it out for me. Well they quoted me $4500 for a replacement and wouldn’t budge on price. Just screw me I figured. Let it go and bit the bullet. Even though it took them 2 days to do the job and trained a new guy at my expense. When I tried to get an itemized list of everything replaced. They fought me tooth and nail for it. It was not until I not so politely. Let them know that I realized they had stuck it to me for a $2500 job by charging me $4500. Then they finally gave the list. As said, I was going to let this go and move on as the tech was pretty cool. But, they tell me they can not give me any paperwork for taxes so I can at least try to get a rebate back. Didn’t even try, just said the rebate stuff only applies to HVAC. Absolutely do not use these people. They will RIP you off and not even blink. Absolutely worst experience ever dealing with Denver Contracters right here.

Tyler is beyond awesome! From the moment he came to my door in the morning until the job was finished that evening, he painstakingly ensured that everything went smoothly for me. He had vast knowledge about the questions I asked and easily put things into layman’s terms. He is very respectful and took great care of my home and my experience during the entire process. Saved my BUTT. My dad and mom are both ancient and freezing when it’s like 68° outside. So when the furnace went down, so did any sense of calm and peace in my life. Especially from my dad.

It took about three hours, but my 11-year-old furnace. Got a new blower motor and I also got a new little pump for the humidifier.

My dad got heat finally, and quit blaming me as if it was all my fault. What a day.

Must mention Joseph. Their tech was polite, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful. Good guy if I need help again I hope I get him.

Tim from Sparks was nothing less than the most professional and hard working gentleman I’ve ever met. Our AC had been out for about 2 weeks and he took an emergency work order for our AC. We were being told it was gonna be about 2 to 3 weeks by every company under the sun and then came in this super hero. He got the parts in about a week and came that same day to install. Him and his guys were extremely professional and got the job done in less than 2 hours. My house went from 85 degrees every night to 70 crisp degrees now and I’ve never been more impressed

Kipp came out to replace my old A/C and furnace and he’s a very cool guy and very professional. After the installation everything worked flawlessly but I had requested that a couple things get adjusted a little and a couple minor tweaks nothing major. He came back out with a positive attitude and was happy with to make the adjustments. They also provide a 10 year warranty on their newly installed units which is awesome. Over all a great company to use and very pleased with their work and response to customer needs/requests. 10/10 recommended, I’ve already referred them to my brother.

Kipp just installed a new AC this morning. He called to let me know when he would arrive. Kipp & co-worker were very friendly & knew their job. I highly recommend Sparks Heating & AC. Very easy to work with.

Derrick owner of Sparks Heating and Electric was amazing to work with. I had a last minute heating outage and he was so willing to help with getting the heater back working for me. He went over and above to get someone to my home. He was fair in his pricing as well. I will always use them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on. They were very honest and great to work with. I give them 110 percent endorsement.

I have used Sparks Heating and Air and they have always been fantastic. Mariana is on top of getting a technician out as soon as possible and every technician that has come to our house has been great. They don't try to sell you things I don't actually need and are very transparent about their pricing. I recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced or replaced!

The AC unit on our house went out - of course at the hottest time of the year! Tim and Sparks Heating did an amazing job for us replacing the unit! Even at this time of pandemic and supply shortages on just about everything these days, Tim scrambled and found a fantastic unit as well as met the initial deadline discussed.

Tim was very responsive and his follow-up was superb. I was out of town but knew when he and the team arrived for the install, and also when the job was completed!

Sparks was a lifesaver! The owner personally called me when my heat went out in a cold snap on a Sunday. They got it up and running TWICE this winter when it quit, and replaced the whole system on a Saturday, to convenience me. The techs were professional, efficient, and did a great job start to finish! Highly recommend!

I took eight quotes to replace a 20 year old a/c unit that quit working last fall. We knew the second a/c unit wasn't going to last much longer because it was just as old. The quote received from Sparks was so much lower than other companies (that were referred to us by friends) that we thought we must be missing something on the quote, or that the price might be low-balled to get the work, only to get hit with extra work later. Neither were true. When talking with Tim, he explained the company's philosophy and a few of the ways they're able to save money and pass it along. He was very clear in explaining all the different paths we could choose from and listed the pros and cons to each. The help he gave to assist us with our decision tree was invaluable. There were many things we didn't even know to ask or think about. He didn't try to sell us something we weren't interested in and gave recommendations based on our input, and even explained how other avenues would fit for different circumstances. Between the price and the customer service, we hired Sparks to install two a/c and heater units. The techs called the day of scheduled installation to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very respectful of our home and put shoe-covering booties on while in the house. The techs were great. I'm sure I slowed them down a bit but they were very patient with me and answered every question I had about the install. After installation they walked me through the new units and cleaned up after themselves.
I could not say enough good things about my experience with Sparks. Do yourself a favor and have them quote your work.
