Great service from Behold Heating and Cooling! They were out same day for an AC repair and they found the issue quickly. The results were quality work for a fair price. Thanks to Dylan and Hunter for fixing the issue and giving additional maintenance tips.

The guys were great. I'm sure it took a little longer than they thought but got it done in one day as scheduled. They were clean and worked efficiently Looking forward to getting lower heating bills with the upgrade. New furnace and heat pump.

Tim at Behold Heating and Cooling was awesome! He cleaned my AC unit and it’s running great, but what I really loved is how he walked me through simple ways to keep it in good shape. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and he even hooked me up with their plumber for another project. Great service all around—highly recommend!

We were delighted with the installing team from Behold. They were friendly curious helpful and professional. Vic, Tristen, Cole, and Dave were great to have around. They cleaned up afterwards stayed around to make sure everything worked correctly and were over all very conscientious. E very much appreciated the absence of any profanity or foul language.
We were very happy with Behold over all, we got a great product, at an affordable price, immediate installation. We Will definitely be using them again for any heating or cooling projects.

Well the units are installed, don't know if they work yet.
Problem, the wife noticed the damage done to her wall under the thermostat, she is not as angry as she can get sometimes, but I was informed I will be fixing this.

This place was great! The technician came to my house so quickly, was incredibly polite, and helpful. Showed me videos of the issue so I could easily understand. I was very impressed with everything, and now my house is heating properly again!

Just wanted to say thanks to Behold, They did a great job installing a heat pump ductless mini split system for me. The customer service is great, and their techs are great. Chris in customer service was great keeping me informed, working on rebates and scheduling. And their install techs, especially Dylan and Tristan, were excellent. We had a change in the layout of the system after our initial install, and both Tristan and Dylan came back out and made the change and did a great job without any issues at all. Great company overall, I would highly recommend them, and I would definitely consider them if you are getting a new system installed before you go with one of the larger national companies in town.

The techs that did the install did a great job! Tested it extensively after the install. Later, it stopped working, which was due to a very old thermostat. The supervisor came out on New Years day, replaced the fuse that burnt out due to the old thermostat and replaced the thermostat. Its working great!

We had an amazing experience with Behold Heating and Cooling. From start to finish everything ran smoothly. They showed up on time, explained everything and were personal and polite. Pricing was great! Would recommend.

Chris helped us to replace dehumidifier fan in the basement with a new one and properly connect wires. He was very professional, punctual, and did a great work. We highly recommend Chris to anyone!

UPDATE #2: Ryan and the team have since provided new equipment and things seem to be working much better. We appreciate them making things right and working to correct our concerns. 🙂

UPDATE #1: It is unfortunate that it takes a review to get attention, but we finally heard back from them. They came to fix the humidifier (which proved to not be wired correctly from the beginning) and gave a credit for the dirty carpet.
I’ll update again once the AC and heat pump get addressed, but happy to be making progress to making it right.

GHOSTED. 😡 We have been having problems with our unit ever since installation of our heat pump and AC units. We spent over $14,000 and it has never worked properly.

We have so many videos of the units making these loud, horrible noises.
(If you don’t know, a heat pump is supposed to be super quiet).

We would share the videos and it was like they didn’t believe us. 😫

We would share more videos and they were still skeptical. Like they could not admit they may have not installed or done the work correctly.

Ryan brought in a Lennox expert and they still could not fix the problems.
Their solution was to turn it off, and they would replace the entire thing when a new unit comes in.
That was almost two months ago and we have heard NOTHING from them!!! 😡

We have emailed, called, texted and no response. 😢

Do not recommend this company. They may seem nice, but god forbid you have a problem. Then they leave you high and dry.

They also did not wear shoe covers and stained our carpet. They offered a cleaning credit that we have never received.

It’s unfortunate a business cannot stand by their work but has no problem taking our money.

Behold's employees provided wonderful services on site. Job was concluded in a single day! Behold sent out 2 Electricians and 2 HVAC qualified guys, who worked together to create an awesome project.
More than happy to open my home to the see their quality work.

Had another company come out to get my furnace serviced for the winter and was told that there were major problems with it and that it needed to be replaced. I was given a quote that I thought was high. The next day I submitted an online request and Behold called me back in less than five seconds. I explained what I needed (new furnace with installation) and a representative came out that morning. He took measurements and determined the size of the furnace I needed along with a quote. The quote was about 60% less than what I had received from the 1st company. The install was done this morning (2 days after the 1st company came out). Everyone associated with Behold were very professional and knowledgeable about their products and brought things up to current code. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Cory was an amazing plumber. Fair, friendly, helped calm my nerves about an active leak. He even allowed me to send him a video of the active leak the day before so he could talk me through how to help in the meantime. Hard to find honest work, and he’s our now, only plumber we will call!

The guys from Behold were great for our water heater replacement. Super easy to communicate with, hard working, and great results. They explained everything along the way and we are happy with the work.

Two of my air vents weren't giving any air. I started to look for someone/company to fix it. This was the first company I called for service and right away I received top of line professional service. I picked up good vibes. they took time to answer my question on the service I needed and about their company. Their technician Tristin arrived on scheduled time and was able to adjust the dampers during the diagnostic search/service. I now have air in those two vents. Again, from the beginning to the end of this ticket item, excellent professional service. Thank you all.

Tim is a total professional! He didn’t just fix the furnace issue, but explained how the problem occurred and how we can keep it from happening again. I appreciated his educational approach and his commitment seeing the job to completion. I would highly recommend Behold for any furnace and/or AC repair or replacement.

My water heater had gone out and called and called around trying to get quotes and big company’s were trying to schedule in person quotes which I know is a strong arm to get the work done then and there because they are already at your house ect. But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! They gave me their quote(2300$) which also beat all the company’s(3k$+) I had heard from! They had a tech out to me ASAP. It almost could’ve been same day but I was in no rush. Hunter came in and did it all him self of removal of old and installing new in just two hours! They are great to work worth and will definitely recommend and go to again.

Chris and team were absolutely fantastic. Honest, professional and excellent work. Very trustworthy and affordable. I will be using them again if another issue arises.
