Overall, they provide really great service. Fast workers but happy to explain something to you if you have a question. Great pricing. Very easy payment system. For our last sprinkler turn on Kori did a thorough job checking all of the lines and sprinkler heads. When he noticed our garden box didn't have good coverage he installed an extension free of charge.

If I had one offer for improvement the communication can sometimes be a little sparse. We had to reschedule our first appointment but this was only after reaching out when no one had shown for 40 mins. If a rep is running late it would be great to receive proactive communication. That said, we rescheduled no issue and as noted above the on-site service is terrific.

I moved into a new home this Summer that already had extensive landscaping designed and installed by Paul and his team. As a new owner of the property, I asked Paul to walk me through the plants, drip system, and design. Paul put a tree and some other plants for me and I have a wonderful yard! Really excellent work!

Had an appointment for sprinkler blowouts and they were happily able to squeeze my mom’s sprinklers in too. I would highly recommend!!

Green Co did a great job with my front yard. They rebuilt my restraining walls, removed lots of weeds, laid down new mulch and made the whole area look like new. Great service, great price, highly recommend. From quote to finish they were done in less than a week.

Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. These sprinkler technicians stay on top of their schedule and know how to diagnose and fix irrigation issues. I called them up out of the blue from a sticker left on the backflow preventer doohickey on the side of newly purchased house. They were friendly and went above and beyond with their customer service. I would highly recommend them!

Sprinkler line burst this winter. I’ve emailed and called with no reply.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Lazy work. Over priced.

This company blew out our sprinklers last fall, plenty early. They did a quick, shabby job and we now have a broken pipe this spring.

Average at best. Yard service is OK, online presence is terrible, hard to reach without multiple calls or emails to order service or escalate.

Punitive customer service, argumentative owners, and miserable customer care. They don't deserve to be in business treating people so poorly. Go elsewhere. They're are plenty of honest options outside of these ride individuals.

Scam company, shoddy work and lies about their gaurantee on labor. Ripped me off for $65. I would avoid doing any business with them in the future.

They were paid to aerate my lawn did not show up by evidence that I had no plugs to show it was done. I asked for a refund they refused. I reported to BBB. Argumentative, poor customer service and they act like they don't care. I would never recommend them.

I paid the upfront fee, they never showed up to do the lawn fertilize, aeration and irrigation system blow out. Worst part, no COURTESY call to let me know they were running behind, over booked, something. Also, heads up, they also go by Metropolitan Total Property.

This place is a scam. They will take your money, schedule the time of service, then not show up. If you try to contact them again, they will dodge your calls and are unresponsive to email. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which Metropolitan Total Property did not respond to, which illustrates what kind of company they are. Total scam.

most awful customer experience. Owner lady dropped a F-bomb at me. Can't prove the work was actually done, which I do not think the work was done. Very unreasonable company, no interest in making things right. I was a customer for 8 years and will tell you as a potential customer reading this review, it is better to go with another company.

Have used Metropolitan Total Property for several years but the past 2 years I have had nothing but MAJOR PROBLEMS with them. This year I called again due too I thought I would give them one more chance and spoke directly to Jodi which she try's to sale other lawn care stuff and I told her lets first get thru this blowout and I tell her we have a gated community and she says no problem that they will call me 30 minutes out so we can be on the look out, then she took my money and when it got time for my system to be blown out I called and again spoke to Jodi and now after she has my money she says she can't have them call me and that it was up to me to be on the look out for their truck. I tell her well please tell me what day so I can tell my wife to look for them and she says maybe Tuesday and all day nothing so again I called and spoke to Rude Jodi and again she says oh they were running behind but said they were in Castle Rock on Wednesday and they would be there so we waited ALLDAY and again they did not show up. In short, I called and talked to the owner Jodi S. and she is the most rude person in the world she takes your money 2 months in advance and for the 2nd year in a row they don't show up. You call them and speak to Ms. Rude Jodi and she says they will be there when they get there and if you don't like it go somewhere else for the business. I am writing this hoping others will go elsewhere and not get talked to like I did several times this year.

I called to have our sprinkler activated and the work was not completed as additional repairs were needed. When I called to inquire about a follow up work order, Total Metropolitan lawn care ran my credit card for $1,000!

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THW CHARGE. When I saw the charge I called to cancel the work order and they would not offer me a refund. This took place during the C19 pandemic and total metropolitan lawn care was unethical enough to fraudulently use my credit card. STAY AWAY.

To be fair, we are satisfied with the quality of sprinkler repair service we received from Bill Sigler's workman.

The warning I want to provide to perspective customers is two-fold. #1 Bill Sigler's Lawn Service's business ethics are... nonexistent. My experience includes not being notified of policies (cancellation, non-refund, etc.) yet being held to them resulting in costs for services not provided. It amounts to bait and switch. #2 Expect rude treatment upon any interaction with phone staff and to be verbally abused and hung up on if you wish to calmly express a concern or dispute. My suggestion, avoid Bill Sigler's Lawn Service all together but if you do choose to work with them ask for written detailed quotes including all policies before confirming and service. Details below...

I booked two sprinkler services by phone. After discussing the scope of the work including details (12" head & funny pipe) that would affect the cost of the repair Jody verbally quoted $55-$85 for each. I was asked for a credit card which I provided under the assumption it was to hold my appointment.

Two days later I called to cancel one of the services. Only at this point was I advised of their policies... that my card had already been charged $140 to pre-pay services and that they had a no refund policy. When I protested stating that none of this was disclosed when I booked the service I was told, "It's on the website." Fine, if I had booked on the website and checked a box accepting terms but I booked on the phone and no such policies were mentioned.

At this point Jody became snide, rude and nasty in response to my calm albeit persistent requests to come to a resolution. She first offered to credit it toward another service. Not acceptable as we are moving and won't need any other services. She finally yelled that she would credit any balance if there was one and hung up on me.

When I checked back after the repair was completed I was advised that (coincidentally) the cost of the repair was exactly the $140 dollars I was initially charged. (AKA no refund) Again, she was totally rude. She characterized my persistent follow up as "belligerence" when in fact it is she who raises her voice and becomes condescending. An inconvenient truth and request to make it right is not belligerence. When I asked her to reduce her abrasiveness she told me it was "customers like me who are the problem."

Well Jody, I think not. Check your ratings. You receive an "F" on BBB. Yelp, Yellow Pages, Google all agree. Your BEST rating is 1 1/2 stars. Most of the concerns expressed have one thing in common – you, Jody, your lack of full disclosure and abusive nature in handling customer concerns. My fault for not checking ahead. I've learned my lesson and I hope to save others the frustration.

RESOLUTION: If you do find yourself in this situation just dispute the charge via your credit card company. They have no documentation to dispute a phone quote. In the end Bill Sigler could have refunded $55, changed their process (and attitude) to always disclose policies going forward and saved themselves frustration too.

The service was fine, however on the invoice; no details of late payment fees were noted. Due to the holidays, we were late in payment and a late fee was charged. I was told that all of their policies and procedures are on their website. I think it odd that they expect their customer's to proactively read the policies on the website without acknowledgement and feel comfortable charging such a fee. I look at it as a hidden cost. I understand we were late and late costs are a part of business; however if any late payment fee were to be applied, I would expect it to have been on the invoice or expect the company to request that I acknowledge their policies prior to service for full transparency. We will not be giving Bill Sigler’s our repeat business.

I scheduled to have our lawn aerated and fertilized over 2 months ago, called left message and it took over a week to get a call back. They switched my appointment to July without even telling me. When they finally called they were very rude and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company for lawn care or maintenance. It takes them weeks to call back. Send your business elsewhere, the staff that returned my call was very rude and cancelled my service. They must not value their customers.

Beyond horrible customer service by Jodi. I have utilized this company for lawn services for several years; even had an issue previously that was quickly and effectively resolved by Mr. Sigler- no big deal.

However, this year I have now had 2 run ins with Jodi: after the crew did not mow as scheduled last week, I was informed there were "no notes" in the system about the failed service; this week, I received a message indicating someone performing home repairs at my house told the crew not to mow.

When I asked Jodi about it, she became combative and told me she was cancelling my service. I confirmed with workers who are at my home that no one said a word (as they knew my mow service was today) and that instead they watched the crew drive by without stopping.

It was an issue that could have been calmly resolved without a big deal, but Jodi (the "owner of the company", as she told me), decided it was better just to tell me that I would be cancelled and that I could find another company. I have NEVER been in a position to write a negative review like this, but I feel the need to strongly warn others-
