Richmond American Homes contracts Confidence Plumbing. We bought a brand new build this year and the water takes forever to warm up in the master bath sinks. We timed it recently and it took 2 minutes and 4 seconds to get warm. I've went all the way through Richmond's corporate offices but the process comes to a hault because "Steve" at Confidence plumbing says everything was installed correctly. Richmond refuses to do anything because of Steve saying this. Never in my live have I lived somewhere where it takes that long for water to warm up. People in the same builds in the same community says their water heats up in seconds like normal. Yet we're supposed to believe there's not a problem.

Great service! The team was professional, quick, and got the job done right. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

When choosing a plumber it can be overwhelming to find someone with quality that is affordable. I appreciate Prospect for their prompt response to the work I recently needed done.

We have no interest in using them. Were refered to them by the water heater company for a repair. The guy on the phone was beyond rude, not very helpful and seemed to not want the job.

they installed a new water heater I bought from Lowe's. I asked them to come out to look at it because it was making a pounding noise when the dishwasher ran. I had an warranty authorization number yet they said there was nothing they could do and basically refused to come out.

He took the time to explain what was wrong and the possible courses of action. He was kind, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We just installed a new under mount sink and our plumbing underneath needed completely redone to work properly. 10/10 recommended.

Contract installers for Lowe’s a company called DRF solutions hires then to install for Lowe’s purchases. This company was a complete joke. Unable to install a water heater and finally refused because he couldn’t get the job done for several days. Very rude and nasty on the phone as well. Don’t do business with this company!!!!! You’ll be sorry you did.

The worst customer experience. Received a call from Simon who seemed to be in a rush. Scheduled for them to come out and they never did. I called to see if they were still coming and Simon said “I don’t really want to talk about it” and said you won’t find another company working with Lowe’s. Gave a bad name to Lowe’s and an even worse name to Prospect Plumbing. Unreliable and terrible customer service.

We just bought a house in Colorado. And we needed to install a new water heater. My friends recommended the Prospect Plumbing. I am very glad that I used this service. They did a very good job. Everything was fast and efficient. I'm just happy with the result. Plus, it was an affordable price.

Very rude and extremely unhelpful. Called because I had some off flooding in my basement, thinking it was the water heater and needed them to come out and double check just to make sure it wasn’t my water heater. I called and the guy that I spoke with said it doesn’t sound like my water heater, it’s some valve. When I said I’d still like someone to come out and take a look at it, he proceeded to repeat himself that it was the valve and then hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional and didn’t want to help me. Take your business elsewhere. These people aren’t worth the headache.

The toilet handle became stiff and difficult to use. I called their team and they replaced the mechanism efficiently. Everything works smoothly now and I highly recommend their service.

Our bathroom drain started giving off an unpleasant smell. I contacted their experts for help. They cleaned the drain line thoroughly. The odor disappeared.
