Last November, the furnace went out in our home. After getting multiple quotes, Endurance was the most reasonable option. We hired endurance to replace our existing furnace with a new upgraded unit. Endurance was prompt, on time and very professional at our home. The furnace and AC have worked great since the install, and I would hire Endurance again to work on our home if we ever needed it. I've had problems with my toilet leaking for some time now. Finally my apartment manager got a plumber here that absolutely knew what he was doing. Erasmo came in, identified the issue right away and replaced the toilet in a timely manner. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Erasmo for any plumbing issues, he's good at his job!

My apartment complex uses this company. When snaking my upstairs neighbor's tub, they broke the pipe above my bathroom ceiling, which flooded my bathroom. While they acknowledged this, instead of immediately fixing the problem as they should have, they simply walked away, leaving me with a leaking ceiling, and my complex's maintenance staff to deal with it. When they finally showed up *two days* later, it was past the window in which they promised to arrive, after 9pm on a weeknight. I'd already missed work the day before because of their mistake, so they were denied entry. Unfortunately, I'm beholden to whichever plumbing company my complex chooses. If I were choosing a plumber, I would not choose Endurance.

Endurance came to unclog my bathroom sink today and did a great job! I had 2 other maintenance guys try to get it snaked before calling for a plumber. Thankfully, Sean got it fixed in no time and even fixed my running toilet without me asking him. He was pleasant, on time, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use Endurance again!

Our water heater started flooding moldy water in the middle of the night. Don came out at 3am and had it fixed within an hour. He was so efficient and extremely kind. We will definitely request Endurance Plumbing in the future; they were wonderful!
