Derrick B came out on a work order from our HOA and I was very impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He helped let the HOA know what work needed to be done during the leak inspection and helped fix a disconnected pipe from the ceiling dumping water into my unit in no time. He also was nice enough to return to my neighbors unit and fix their clog and stop by my unit to make sure there was no more leaking. Very stressful situation that he made easier with his expertise. Don came to change out my water heater in my apartment today. He was very nice, easy going, and didn’t seem to mind my child saying hi a few times and my dog giving him some pup love while working. Great service! Very knowledgeable and proficient. I’ll make sure to ask for him again in the future and recommend.

For the person complaining about the water taken forever it's called a recirculating pump to get hot water that's not pumping into your lines .until then your master bathroom is the farthest from the water heater so if you turn on your hot water you're not going to get hot water right away It needs to dump out all the water that was sitting in the lines that is not hot and get the water from the water heater that is hot pumping through homeowners always expect hot water so fast it's annoying not every build is the same but wat do I know I'm just a plumber for 13 years and I guess your opinion is more valid

Confidence plumbing installed the tankless water heaters for our neighborhood when it was being built in 2017. Today we learned that they did not install the tankless water heaters with the appropriate and up to code drainage pipes, causing the pipes to erode and leak. They told my husband they only warranty their work for one year. I’ve learned that many people in our neighborhood have found the same problem with their tankless water heaters installed by Confidence. It sounds like the up to code pipe is standard for installation and this was just cruddy, lazy, cheap work. I do believe confidence Plumbing may be setting themselves up for a nice class action lawsuit
