Tree reviews in Evergreen, Colorado

Splintered Forest was awesome. We unfortunately needed a mitigation plan with immediate execution in order to stop our insurance company from dropping us. Splintered Forest jumped to the task. The crew who completed the work was excellent. I will definitely recommend Splintered Forest to anyone in the same boat as us!

Crew was on time and professional. Completed all work requested and then some.

These guys were great. We used them twice now to remove dead trees on our 10 acres in Conifer. They are reasonably priced and show up with the correct equipment to do the job. They work really hard and are protective of our property. Highly recommend them.

Amazing job! The guys were fast and efficient and left no mess behind. They were very respectful of our property and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tree removal company.

Everyone did a great job. There were some delays in getting the work done when originally scheduled due to unforseen circumstances, but I was kept updated, and once the crew arrived on time on the scheduled day, everything was done efficiently and completely. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. As an added bonus, they are kind enough to educate me about the trees on my properties.

We called yesterday and Splintered Forest came today! Alex was very professional and did a skillful job with a crane to remove a leaning tree that was over the driveway. No damage to other trees or the driveway. We recommend SF highly.

Had some large trees removed and was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the Splintered Forest crew. Several of the trees were close to the house requiring a great deal of skill and were removed without incident. The crew took extra time and care to clean up.

Wonderful experience using Splintered Forest. We had a pretty large job for them (3 very large trees removed, 3 medium trees trimmed) and they were on time and worked hard to finish the job same day. While it may have been a little more expensive than other companies, I don’t think any other company would have been able to do this job as quickly and with as little risk to our home.

I really like Splintered Forest Tree service. They do great work at a good rate. They take great care of my really big sycamore tree.

Josh was timely, professional and explained the entire process for us.

Splintered Forest did a great job removing 2 very large trees in my backyard. They were very efficient and had the trees removed in 1/2 a day - which is probably due to the fact they had some amazing equipment (crane, trucks, etc.). They were not the cheapest, but they were close - and I chose them because they were using a crane and could get the job done in a day. I would highly recommend!

Kara got us an estimate quickly and put us in their flexible scheduling calendar. The work crew, Alex and Dan called ahead, arrived on time and had our dead trees (one was nearly 60’ tall) felled safely within 90 minutes. The price was as quoted - friendly professionals from start to finish!

Splintered Forest did our Jeffco Defendable Space Permit. They were a pleasure to work for. They were able to come out the next day and had competitive pricing. Josh was great! He was very informative and friendly, and you could tell he cared about the trees and land. He actively worked out a solution that would let us keep the nicer trees while thinning out the more sickly or nearing-end-of-life trees. We would highly recommend them.

Splintered Forest Tree Service did an excellent job of removing five pine trees and bushes from around my mountain cabin for fire mitigation. Because of the treacherous incline, they used a crane and lifted the entire tree around my house and into the mulching truck. Very careful and great at leaving area clean and undisturbed. Professional and reasonably priced. Their work is amazing. Now I feel so much safer and relieved to have provided protection for my property.

Very professional crew, my neighbor referred them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a tree service done in the area.

The crew knows what they're doing. My 80' dead tree was in between my house and my shop. They felled the tree with precision and cut into fireplace size pieces (extra) in about an hour. Great service, would highly recommend!

I contacted Splintered forest for fire mitigation services needed for a building permit. After the assessment they provided a quote for the services. The quote was fair for the amount of work to be done. They have a very efficient crew that safely removed all the trees as needed and trimmed those that remained. Great communication from the office. Very easy To work with and get the job done!

Splintered Forest is a very professional organization that did a forest fire mitigation assessment of my property and then proceeded to remove hazardous trees and shrubs. Great job!

Great experience. Used Splintered Forest for a defensible space permit. Showed up the next business day, explained the markings and the science behind mitigation efforts, and marked all of my trees and brush that needed to be removed. Took him less than an hour. What else can you ask for? Prompt, quick, and responsive. Thanks guys!

Phenomenal service! Could not be more impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the 3-man crew. They used the grappler saw on a boom truck to take out 2 trees that were leaning over the house. All completely gone in 2 hours, down to the stumps and nothing but some sawdust left behind. HIGHLY recommend!

This team clearly places the customer first. As someone that oversees commercial real estate operations for a living, I define value as price + quality of work + customer service. Splintered Forest offers the highest value. They take pride in their work, they care about the customer, and Kara and team have great customer service. I’m glad I found them to do work at my home, and I will absolutely use them again for personal and commercial work without hesitation. They are a class act team.
