Tree reviews in Evergreen, Colorado

Splintered Forest recently helped us prepare our site for a new construction project. Their crew scheduler arranged for me to meet with one of their staff to confirm the scope of tree removal right away. That same day I received their quote which was very reasonable. And they were able to schedule the work for the following day. The tree removal crew members were just great. Very friendly, professional and took great pride in their work. Not deterred by the cold and snow they felled, logged and limbed the designated trees in a very efficient manner taking advantage of the excellent equipment made available to them. Completion of the work (chipping and log removal) happened a couple of days later, and when I asked them to increase their scope to include several smaller trees which I had felled, they again came back with a very reasonably priced quote. They completed the entire expanded project that day. I can’t say enough good things about this company and will recommend them at every opportunity.

We’ve had splintered Forest out to our property multiple times and have always been happy. The team is professional from start to finish and left our property clean and safe. I would highly recommend!

I needed 4 large pine trees near my house cut down. I was familiar with the Splintered Forest name but had never used them. Received a fair price and the work was done exactly as discussed. Everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend this company and will definitely contact them if I need tree work in the future.

The crew was very professional, excelled in their safety protocol, and were friendly, too! Oh, and they did a fantastic job at a fair price. I highly recommend Splintered Forest.

I highly recommend Splintered Forest for any tree work. They are true professionals from the office staff to the hard working tree crews and are a pleasure to work with. I recently had a number of trees removed from my mountain property for fire mitigation purposes. It's steep and difficult terrain, but the crew performed the work with impressive efficiency while taking great care to avoid any damage to the property. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Fantastic professional service. They showed complete confidence and competence in what they were doing- which gave me confidence. Their use of a crane kept the job site operation clean, efficient, and safe around our house. Additionally, the office staff handling the scheduling and billing options were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and accommodating. I recommend them and will use them the next time I need tree work. A++

Highly recommend, a great group of guys that did excellent work for a fair price which is hard to find. I’ll only be using this company in the future. Great job.

I have been very pleased with every interaction with this company.

We needed to perform fire mitigation to secure insurance, and they were able to make it out to the property within the very short window the insurance company gave us to comply.

When pine beetles were discovered in a stand of trees on the property, they came out quickly to inspect, then attempted to stop the spread to the rest of the trees.

They will be the company I contact for any future issues.

My mom was worried about pine beetles on neighboring properties invading hers and causing lots of property value loss. She was getting all sorts of advice on what the right way to combat them was and how much it was all going to cost. Splintered Forest came out to take a look and reassured her that for her property and trees, what she was already doing (spraying for spruce bud moth around the house) was fine. They stood to make a ton of money but they gave us the truth and saved us a lot of anxiety.

I don't know if it will be the same answer on your property, but I do know that I would trust Splintered Forest Tree Service to tell you if it was!

Would highly recommend Splintered Forest! Got a quick estimate. Came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Had them cut down 30 trees and haul the slash away. They did it all in two days. Amazing crew!

We needed updated defensible space inspection for an additional Jeffco building permit. It was easy to schedule with Splintered Forest. Josh did the inspection thoroughly and Splintered Forest took care of emailing the required documents to the county.

I am a repeat Splintered Forest customer.

I recently asked Splintered Forest to remove 12 large pine trees on our property because of the pine beetle problem in our area. Splintered Forest walked our property and made recommendations on which trees to remove, followed by planned spraying of other trees to suppress the movement of beetles to other healthy trees.

Their crew was excellent to work with. They showed up on time and carefully removed the sick trees, 4 of which were directly adjacent to our power line. Highly skilled and supported by some amazing equipment, they removed all the trees and shredded them in their powerful chipper without incident.

They were also flexible to work with and were able to remove a few extra trees (at additional cost) that we identified as sick while they were on site. Following the tree removal, they carefully cleaned up, removing slash and leaving our property in excellent condition. If you are looking for highly skilled, very safe team and good value for tree removal, I highly recommend Splintered Forest.

Splintered Forest is absolutely amazing! The team is so friendly and helpful + really easy to work with. When my cat got stuck 60 feet up in a pine tree, I called splintered forest and they had someone to my house within the hour to climb up and get him down. Really impressive/skilled work and so willing to help with something outside of their typical business offerings. Thank you, splintered forest, for saving my cat! We will definitely be using them for any tree work after their kind deed!!

Very professional and skilled crew. Trimmed 17 tall pines to remove deadwood and increase sunlight on driveway and house. We'll equipped. Reasonably priced.

Tree work can be complex, dangerous, and expensive. I'm really happy we found Splintered Forest. They are thorough, professional, safe, and well equipped. I would recommend them to anyone, and when I need more tree work, I will look to them first.

We highly suggest using Splintered Forest for all your tree services. I have downed hundreds of trees on my own, but we had a problem tree…a 75’ blue spruce right next (literally touching) our home and leaning over it. I knew it was way to technical for me to handle, so we called the best staffed and equipped tree company in the area. Their trained professionals did a magnificent job, never once touching the home with zip lined crown, branches and trunk sections. They spent their time planning and then diligently working on the tree until it was no longer a hazard. Highly recommended and my kudos to the Huddleston family and staff members.

LAM took care of my parents' beautiful forest home in Evergreen for decades, and now that I've taken it over, Ryan and team have continued to protect it ever since. I count on LAM's sound advice and great service. I know I am in good hands when an expert tells me NOT to get a service he could be selling me because I don't actually need that service. And the friendly LAM office team communicates well. Expertise, relaibility, and trustworthiness go a long way. Thanks LAM!

I have used Lam Tree various services for over 35 years in my business, at other properties, and my personal home in Indian Hills. They have always been very professional, courteous, and responsive. I can highly recommend their quality work.

Awesome experience with Lam......the two young men that came were friendly, efficient and did an exceptional job of cleanup after the tree was taken down and chipped. Highly recommend!!

Awesome service and food.
