This is the second time I’ve use the company for upholstery cleaning. The result is a clean couch. I would definitely use them again.

I am very satisfied with the service. The staff is very polite I had the service twice and I’ll continue to. They were on time and did an amazing job on my carpet’s!

This company was a NO SHOW today. house is a mess because we took everything off of the carpets in prep. Have called and called and left FB messages and gotten zero response. DO NOT HIRE.

I am a warning all customers that the owner of this business sold me a van that she purposely destroyed the engine in just goes to show you what kind of person runs this business.

Vicky and Vic did exactly what was agreed upon. I moved electronics and they moved the furniture to get all spaces. The carpet looks clean and refreshed.

Punctual and Professional. John did a great job and was polite and fun to have. He even left us with a few tips on how to keep the carpet in better condition. He also brought in my Amazon packages when they were delivered. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.

Fast scheduling and prompt arrival. Steve was very thorough, friendly, and professional, and he explained everything in detail. Products are green and continue cleaning for 2 days after they leave! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with quality and ease of using Done Right. They moved all my furniture then vacuumed everything then scrubbed every stair by hand. Looks & smells like new.

I hade Done Right do some carpet and couch cleaning and it came out amazing, as old as my carpets are I couldn't believe how good they looked, thank you.

The two technicians were both nice and friendly, so was the woman who booked the appointment. My issues were 1. The lead technician was very pushy with getting me to agree to extra services and 2. Some areas that had minimal traffic (i.e. should have been easy to clean) still showed the dirt line around the rug area. They also did not wear shoe covers and were walking over wet carpet with their shoes on (yet I was told to only step on it with socks). Most importantly, I ended up with a bill twice as high as the original quote because I caved in to her insistence on the extras. That part left a bitter taste, which is why I will not use them again.

Very happy with results. I was considering getting new carpeting but carpets look new. Very impressed with how well they look and have suggested done right carpets to friends and family. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.I highly recommend trying done right carpets.

I am beyond pleased with Done Right Carpet and Upholstery. Our carpet is 30+ years old. It has gone through animals, grandchildren, et cetera. Done right carpet has made it look fabulous. You can't beat the price or the professionalism of the crew. I will have them back soon for the rest of the house.

One star because zero is not an option and the technician was friendly. She did the best she could with what the company sent her with. The service rendered was not the service advertised. I also ended up paying twice as much as the original bid because of all of the add-ons. When I tried to take these issues up with the owner/manager, no resolution to my satisfaction was offered. When I suggested we agree to disagree and go our separate ways, she followed with a scathing and very offensive email.
There are a lot of fish in the carpet and upholstery cleaning sea. I highly recommend you use someone else

I had a badly soiled carpet. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with the cleaning, and where appropriate, offered me options. They were on time and worked quickly. Very fair and reasonable price for the job. I am very happy with the results.

Robert and Deb were such a delight to have in our home yesterday. They worked on nearly 2000 sq ft of carpeting with such care and attention. There were remnants of cat spray and urine throughout the house from over the last few years and they found it all, doubled down on the disinfectant that smells like wintergreen lifesavers, and our home now smells completely “cat smell free”. I really did not expect the type of service they provided. They were truly a breath of fresh air and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

Done right definitely is a good name for this carpet cleaner. I have 3 levels and a big German Shepard. Not only did my carpets look like new but my stairs were amazing. They were not only friendly but knowledgeable on areas that I didn’t know how to clean and they helped me with that. They were punctual and called ahead and let me know they were on their way. I only use Done Right Caroet cleaning. I have used them several times now and I’m still as happy as the first time.
