Good customer service, carpet looks worse than before the cleaning

Excellent performance and results. My carpet looked new again after this company finished the work. Staff was professional and courteous. Prices are reasonable.

I can't speak more highly of the service provided by Done Right Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Vickie and Rob went above and beyond to provide friendly and efficient service and made my home feel brand new! Very reasonable rates, knowledgeable about stain removals, did a thorough job on carpets and couches, and such kind and friendly workers. I recommend them to all of my friends & family in CO!

Do not use this company for upholstery cleaning. It was supposed to be a professional cleaning & instead, it was a woman using water from our hose in a bucket with a sponge. She only cleaned the outside of the cushions, did not bother cleaning the bottoms, the sides, nor back of the sofa. No vaccuuming pre nor post. When asking about the cleaning solutions materials used she refused to verify the brand. We talked about the cleaning process she uses & she claimed she uses an enzymatic foam. But based on researching the idea of the enzymatic foam, it must be vacuumed up hours afterwards in which was not done so the cleaning isn’t even done properly based on what she claims the process was. She then stated she would provide a refund since the sofa was not even fully cleaned nor the spots she claimed she cleaned was cleaned. After asking for that in writing, she then would not respond via text.
Horrible job & horrible service.

They always do a great job! Very knowledgable on what your home needs and is realistic on frequency. Prices are comparable to others, very timely and quick while leaving a really good smell and feel afterwards! We have a lot of foot traffic and animals and it’s always great to have clean carpets.

They did a great job and took time to explain everything to me. Very fast and now I have the comfort of knowing my carpets are free from pet odor and bacteria. I will
be using them again for the rest of the house! Thank you!

The team was amazing. Not only did they do an incredible job, they educated me on how to properly take care of our carpets and what to do in case of spills. You’d never be able to tell that my dog got sick all over a few days ago. Worked fast and efficiently. Look no further if you want beautiful carpets!

The 2 staff members assigned to clean our home were on point. We chose the deep clean pkg. Both individuals went beyond our expectations.

If you're only looking for a 1 time clean these folks are great. It only took them 45 minutes to clean our house but the place was spotless so we hired them for bi-weekly cleanings. Service went downhill from there and they started skipping corners. Every time I complained they'd clean good for a week and then go back to rushing through it. Sometimes they didn't even spend 1/2 hour cleaning 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living/dining room, kitchen and laundry room. We found dirt in all the corners after they mopped the floors without sweeping or vacuuming first and one time had bird seed (from a prior clean since we don't have any pets) all over the carpet from their vacuum.

We just moved in and had Molly Maid come do a one-time clean for us. Setting up the appointment was really easy, and they were very responsive as far as answering questions. They were able to schedule me in quickly as well. Two women showed up today, and I wish I had gotten their names. They were incredible. They were early and took about 2 hours to do our place. I'm not sure I've ever had a place cleaned to efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

I'm super happy with our cleaning service, especially since we started working with Team #1. Carla and Gabby do a fantastic job cleaning our entire house thoroughly but fast. When they started working with us, they made sure they understand what' I'm expecting and what's important to us. They always show up at our house with a positive attitude, they are professional and make sure I'm happy with the results each time before they leave. Thank you both!

Love love love these ladies and the service they provide! They are professional and thorough. My dog is always very happy to see them and thinks they come just to see her. They greet her like that’s the case and it makes my heart so happy. I’ve been using them for about a year and have no plan to stop.

Overall I am pleased with how clean and fresh my house was and still is even after 5 days have passed. There is one complaint though whatever was used on my stainless steel stove scuffed it and left scratches which I can'tbuff out. See the photo.

The ladies who completed my move out cleaning were awesome! They showed up within the window for arrival I was quoted and completed a full move out cleaning in 2 hours. They did a fantastic job and my landlord was happy with their work! I will definitely be using their service again in the future.

My first deep cleaning was so amazing I signed up for every other week service!! I was not home, but ladies who came to clean my house were prompt and efficient. They worked hard to make my entire house sparkle! Every where I looked, things were clean. They even made my bed, and shined my toaster to a sparkle that I'm sure it didn't even have brand new out of the box. Billing and payment was super easy, and communication with the admin team is a breeze for special needs. They also used fragrance free products, which I love! On top of how amazingly clean my house was (and still is!) having the team from Molly Maid come in and clean is a massive boost to my mental health. I can't say enough good things!

I’ve been happy with the customer service and the reliability that they have been able to provide. Their staff is quick to respond and has been very understanding of necessary schedule changes. There’s never been a problem with the team, arriving on any designated day, nor has there ever been a problem with billing and payment. Teams that have cleaned. Our house have been very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. And most of all our house is left clean.
