All the cleaning ladies are hard workers and although many don't speak that much English they communicate well. They are here on time and clean extremely well. My wife and I have been using the service for several years and we both wouldn't have any other cleaning service. Also we can leave our place while they're here without worries of theft. We couldn't be more pleased.

This was the first time that I've used a cleaning service. I was given an accurate estimate and the cleaners did a great job doing a deep clean. Communication was good and I am very pleased. I plan to continue to use their services for a monthly cleaning.

I was so impressed with the move out clean I had done! The two women who did my cleaning were so thorough — while I was charged for multiple hours it was worth every penny as they clearly worked their tails off the entire time! I will be hiring them between renters in the future.

I made a last minute phone call to get a move out cleaning service, and the team was able to accommodate quickly and was willing to be flexible with my strict schedule. When the maids got to my home, the movers were still there but they started cleaning immediately where they could. Upon inspection everything was spotless and I couldn’t have been more appreciative of their work. Highly recommend!

Had Molly Maid clean the condo for about 11 months cleaning every two weeks. The service is unreliable. Some of the team members do a great job and some don’t pay any attention to detail (vacuum some of the rooms, some of the floors are mopped and some not). Pictures are taken 5 minutes after they left.

As a Real Estate broker I've referred them dozens of time. I usually have my house done once or twice a year. ALWAYS professional work.

I had Molly made for about seven months, but had to recently cancel my services because I gave them three chances to improve and do better. They missed down below on the toilet twice and then my floors twice and countertops and I just asked them to please pay better attention and it just wasn’t working. For what you pay I feel like the cleaners just hurry in so they can get onto the next house. My shower area this last clean they hadn’t even picked up bottles and wiped the walls. The attached pictures are what my floor looked like after it had just gotten cleaned. I wiped up a small area and my toilet below still looking dirty. Please be careful when hiring this company.

The cleaners from Molly Maid were great. First time we've hired a maid service, and they did deep cleaning for us and it was great.
