The Molly Maid team did a great job in cleaning our house. Everything was cleaned, including the baseboard and blinds. It was awesome to come home to a very clean house!!

Anai and Karen have done an excellent job cleaning my house. They even vacuumed the plantation shutters! This month I had my ‘fridge cleaned and it is spotless. Kudos to Anai and Karen.

I was unfortunately not impressed with my first cleaning from Molly Maid. I was told that the first time had to be a deep cleaning, including windows, baseboards, you name it. I was certainly charged for that, however baseboards and doors were not done, I don't think the inside of the toilets were cleaned, windows were streaky, mirrors were streaky and what I assume was cleaner, was splashed all over them, cleaner was splashed on furniture. They also broke a picture fame and did not bother to tell me, but instead just leaned it up against something so that it didn't look broken. I am now waiting for them to arrive for my second cleaning. I requested early mornings, to which I was told it would be no problem and I would be given a set time for each week. I never received a time, so I text them yesterday asking and was told they would let me know after they do the schedule. They did get back to me with one and a half hour window of 9:30-11. I let them know that I requested early mornings and they told me that I in the 8-12 window. Noon is not early morning! I work from home and need to be able to schedule around letting people into my home when I have meetings. It is now 10:55 and still no one has arrived. I am sorry to say that I may have to find a new cleaning service.

To add an update to my earlier review, they finally arrived at almost 12:15 only after I contacted them asking where they were.

My house has never been this clean! We have had a housekeeper for the last 10 years and there are surfaces that have not been touched and probably that long. They did an amazing job I highly recommend Molly Maids

I was so hesitant to hire a cleaning service - mostly due to pride! My house has never been terrible, but with so many kids and a busy schedule, I just needed a break. The price was affordable, and Carla and Jackelinne were very thorough. They show up on time, are very professional, and finish in a quick manner. I feel so much better about my house and I am glad I took the step!

Luz and Sandra have been cleaning our house every other week for almost a year and will continue to do so because of their caring and thoughtfulness. They do solid work and pay attention to details that actually matter. Would definitely recommend them.

Ana and Elizabeth did an amazing job. After a bit of a life change I needed something more than just a bit of tidying to give me pad a sparkle that leaves me feeling comfortable to have guests over and not being self conscious about the lack of clean of the finder details so I booked a deep clean with Molly Maids. My apartment is old and kinda shitty falling apart in certain areas so I was tentative on how much a difference it would make. Ana and Elizabeth left me a pad that felt like a new home. And boy do I feel confident in having guests over now. Planned or unexpected. Definitly worth spending a little extra to give your place the finer attention it needs!
