I wish I could give more than five stars. Matt and his team built me a stunning, jaw-dropping, efficient and comfy new kitchen. I am thrilled that I was able to work with them. I was looking for a partner who would talk decisions through with me and was transparent about pricing.

I knew the aesthetic that I wanted, and Matt worked with vendors so I was able to realize my vision. Matt was a great communicator, and everyone that worked on my house treated me with respect.

Detailed Building Solutions is exactly what they are. Matt is a stickler for details, and made sure that all of his vendors lived up to his expectations.

I lived in the house while they worked, and they were so courteous and helpful. They cleaned up every day and took steps to help protect the rest of the house. They went far out of their way to help me through the project.

I love my kitchen. Although I had said that I don't intend to live in this house forever, Matt's work might change my mind.

Aaron’s work is meticulous and skillful. He puts the highest level of craftsmanship into both the large aspects and the smallest details of a job. He completed several parts of a remodel for us, from carpet and tile to wood flooring, and a complete renovation of our kitchen, dining room, and adjoining room. We could explain our vision to him, and he had the years of experience and range of knowledge to make it real. His network of subcontractors is impressive; we still use them. Even in a busy time, our project had no delays, a rare thing in the remodeling world. He’s very cognizant of being cost-efficient, without sacrificing quality. He also helped us with a few structural repairs, something other people had missed. We continue to call on him any time we need work on our house and would highly recommend him.

Absolutely beautiful work! I still admire my bathroom every day. I had ideas of what I wanted for my bathroom and they took it to the next level. They were ALWAYS on time, polite, professional and detail oriented. Great communication throughout the project and completed before the promised deadline. They finished my whole kitchen in one day! No one else would do it and we were out of a kitchen for four months. We called him and he finished the next day! The owner Aaron is amazing! Great work at great prices!

We have had Aaron Gnadt do several projects for us over the past 6 years, including carpet and tile installation, repair of exterior siding woodpecker and other damage, and repair of a sagging deck. Aaron and crew worked us in quickly, in particular for the sagging deck which was potentially headed toward a serious collapse that could have caused major damage to attached parts of the house, and did a great job every time. Cost charged was very fair in our opinion. We can recommend Independent Construction without hesitation.

We had a very good experience with Aaron and his crew. They performed the necessary steps to completely open up the staircase to the basement. As our contractor, he secured all the necessary team members to complete the job in a timely manner.

Aaron and his team are incredible. He has completely remodeled the interior of my house including total updates of bathrooms,kitchen and all living areas including floors. He has updated my landscaping,built a koi pond, outdoor lighting,patio . He and his team have a fantastic eye for detail and design as well . He interacts with his staff and myself in a very friendly professional manner that is refreshing. He is dedicated to getting things right. I have asked him to do work over a three year period of time and I have always been 100% satisfied with the results from day one. That is why I always contact and request him to do the job I have in mind.

Aaron and his team finished our basement and were able to match the style and quality (some areas even better than the original builders) of the rest of the house. They were professional every step of the way and were quick to communicate issues. We never felt out of the loop and were never hit with any surprises.
