Aaron was extremely helpful and super responsive when our tile contractor was unavailable due to an injury. Aaron ended up setting all of the tile in our new basement bar area and bathroom. Aaron’s timeliness and ability to commit to completing our project was very impressive. Aaron knows his business and is an excellent contractor. We would definitely recommend Aaron and plan on getting in contact with Independent for our next tile/stone and bathroom remodel project.

Aaron and his crew remodeled our home while we were in Florida for 8 weeks. We met before we left and his team executed our plan perfectly; on time and on budget. We trusted him to make judgement calls in our absence on tile, faucets, etc in as Aaron has an amazing eye for interior design and colors. We cannot say enough about this group of trades. They were all so polite, professional and talented.

After patching rotting wood deck for years, Aaron built a powder coated steel deck with Trex flooring and staircase. The results were above and beyond my expectations. Honest and professional.

We are very satisfied with the work that Independent Construction has done for us. They had to remove existing siding and redo the exterior wall on a modular home we’d purchased previously from Centennial Homes in Rapid City. The work they performed was done quickly and professionally. The siding now stays in place even on our windy days!
They just finished removing carpet, securing the subfloors, and replacing the carpet and padding throughout the home. The job again, was done quickly and professionally. The carpet looks so nice and is cut perfectly around corners, and tucked nice and tight under baseboards and the transition from carpet to hardwood looks amazing. The seaming they did is exceptional, you can’t see where it is.
Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the work they’ve performed for us and both crews were friendly, respectful and professional.

We had Independent build us a patio display for our new pavers. They were very professional and completed the display in a timely manner. We are very pleased with how it turned out and it is the perfect way to show off this new tile line.

One of the most unpleasant people I've spoken to in some time. I called to ask for a quote for some remodeling work, when he cut me off mid-sentence. 'NO! I get a thousand calls from people like you every day. You go onto my website and fill out the form.' Me: 'Oh, OK I'll..." Cut off mid-sentence again. "You go onto the website and fill out the form! You CAN find the website, right?" Click. Hung up on. I can't speak to this guy's craftsmanship, price, or timeliness because I won't do business with someone like that. And I certainly won't let him inside my home. Hire him at your own risk, but for God's sake FILL OUT THE FORM first.
