I can't speak highly enough of Jack and his crew. It's incredibly refreshing to work with a team as competent and reliable as this one. Excellent communication from start to finish. Utmost Professionalism in practice! We were referred to Temple by one of our subcontractors when we realized that we wanted to pave our business parking lot, but needed quite a bit of drainage fixing. Jack came to us, and with creativity and honesty gave us an idea of what we needed, and a VERY competitive price for the work needed. Honestly, they went above and beyond. Their crew was top notch, and obviously cared about doing the work right.

We had a small hiccup with a drain being installed a tad too high (not their fault) and they were back out in a flash to fix it. As a business owner, I cant rave enough when i come across another company that cares so deeply to do the job right, and fairly. Ill be referring clients to them for the rest of my life.

Jack and his crew did an excellent job running a new water line (250 feet) from our water meter to the house. I would highly recommend them.

Joe was amazing from the start and once they were on site Mark took over and they got the job completed. There were so many obstacles in the way of them finishing but they did it and they kept me in the loop daily. My residents are happy and are glad to have full water pressure again. We look forward to keeping them as a vendor for future jobs we may have.

We had a water line break and needed the line replaced. Joe was out to get us a quote right away. Called 2 other companies, one who never called back with estimate and another who didn't think he could do it as it was too difficult. We scheduled for the next Thursday but he got a crew out on Sunday and had it finished by noon at Monday. The boring crew was amazing. It was difficult, but they got it done and now you'd never know they were even there. Left everything looking great.

After several visits and quotes we went with Temple Construction/Joe Temple and Ram plumbing.
Finally picked the right guys !
Looked over job thoroughly came when they said and did the job by 5:00 water back on.
Temple has their own drilling equipment and team that truly where craftsmen. Fixed sprinkler cut(no extra charge) Ram put down plastic runners from front door to furnace room, wow.
These guys were thousand less and knew what they were doing.
One of the big plumbing companies said would take 2 1/2 days , yes with no water and they would need to move hot water heater’s.
Temple never touched them!
Lawn back in fine shape after huge hole , if the locate paint was gone you might not know they were here.

Greg and his team has installed vapor barrier in several of our cabins. Some of which the crawl space are very tight spaces. They are professional and extremely polite. If you are in need of vapor barrier, these are the guys you should call.

From start (getting a bid) to finish (job site left spotless after the work was complete) working with Ascend was fantastic. They were responsive, clear in their communication, friendly and thorough. I would most definitely work with them again.

We had more insulation added to our attic, had a whole house fan installed. We had a passive radon system converted to an active system by adding a fan. The work was professionally done by two extremely knowledgeable and professional people. What I really appreciated was the young women on this two person team and a company that gives opportunities in this energy saving company to women. I am here to say that the job was done perfectly, on time and the proof is a functioning energy saving system. We highly recommend this company without reservations.

Ascend Construction did an energy efficiency upgrade to our house as part of the City of Fort Collins EPIC program. They coordinated the work well with the findings from the program. We liked the responsiveness in scheduling and minor adjustments. They were right on time, explained every step and did each step accurately. The addition of a whole house fan looked nice and integrated well into our living room. The final airflow parameters (sealing) improved significantly which showed that they did an accurate job.

Ascend installed a radon mitigation system for me. Unfortunately, where they installed it resulted in my washer and dryer being out too far so I couldn’t open my laundry room door all of the way. With some negotiations, Greg sent out his crew to get it remedied without additional cost to me. It’s now in an obtrusive place and I can use my laundry room again! Dana (their office manager) has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced and I felt very understood and taken care of when I explained my issue. I am happy with the end result! Thank you for having a business with integrity!

Greg and his crew (Chris, Dana, and Jack) at Ascend completed items identified in my EPIC Homes home efficiency assessment (highly recommended, John Fassler is terrific) that included sealing my crawlspace, ducts, cantilevers and adding insulation in my roof trusses and between my garage attic and house. They achieved a 44% reduction in air leakage, from which I hope to benefit in reduced energy, utility savings and comfort. They were super friendly, attentive to all my questions and concerns, efficient, and did fantastic work.

We live in Old Town Fort Collins in a home built in 1900. It has great airflow, but no air conditioning. And since we have radiant heat, we can't install central air. We were looking for an eco-friendly alternative and did some research on whole house fans. A lot of our friends have one but say they aren't satisfied - their fans are too loud, not efficient, or don't cool the house. We called Ascend Construction and Greg Marshall came to our house. I knew immediately that we had the right contractor. Greg was very familiar with old houses, talked us through the process of ventilating the attic, and recommended the AirScape whole house fan. We scheduled the work, and Chris did an amazing job getting the fan and attic vents installed in just one day. We absolutely love our AirScape fan! It is amazingly quiet and efficient. We can immediately feel the house start to cool down when we open the windows and turn on the fan in the evening, with a nice, gentle breeze. We leave the fan on all night, turn it off and close the windows in the morning, and the house stays cool all day. The entire experience far exceeds our expectations, and now we can't imagine living without our AirScape. I highly recommend Ascend Construction.

I contracted with Ascend Construction after Fort Collins’ Efficiency Works program audited my house and suggested insulation & sealing for attic, knee walls, and floors (and misc items). I have confidence in Fort Collins programs, so felt comfortable using their contractor Ascend and was not disappointed. I had a great experience with the Ascend team in terms of communication and expectations. Wife and I work from home and we have kids, so we were pleased with the communication in regards to concerns we had around that. In addition to the team being really friendly and competent (taking before/after pictures, answering my questions, paying attention to detail), I want to compliment them on cleanup and putting things back (rolled up rug in garage was hung back up, I didn’t have to sweep up screws, no insulation mess in closet, etc). I just had the project completed, so a small rebate and updated air leakage measurement are forthcoming. Qualitatively, I feel there is an improvement when I take stairs to the 2nd floor (the temperature change from 1st floor to 2nd floor is not as noticeable) which will be a nice comfort improvement and financial savings.

I hired Ascend Construction after getting a home evaluation done by Loveland’s Efficiency Works Program. What an eye-opener that was and it only cost $60.
Even though my home was only seven years old, it was not well insulated by the builder Schroetlin Construction. I had Greg and his crew come in and do all the upgrades and insulation that was truly needed.
Now as I sit here in the summer of 2020 I cannot tell you how happy I am that Ascend Construction did such a fine job. My utilities bill is a fraction of what it use to be. They truly took care of everything that I needed in a timely, professional manner. I would highly recommend this business for your insulation needs.

OMG....Ascend Construction came to my home and re-insulated my entire house. They did an amazing job. I had no idea how thorough and how much work was needed to complete this project. All communication and scheduling from Chris was excellent. Shad and the other technicians were so professional, very respectful and polite. They answered all my questions, worked extremely hard and cleaned up each day. They went above and beyond my expectations for this project.

Ascend construction did the air seal for our basement, attic as well as new insulation in our walls and attic. This was a big project that took a few weeks. Greg and his crew were always on time and very professional. They did a fantastic job and also kept the work area very clean and organized.
