When the time came to get the roof replaced, they start working early and were done by noon and made sure to clean everything.

Nordic Constuction Co. did my roof even though my insurance company said he was trying to rip us all off. I knew better becausecI grew up with Troy. Not only did he fight back to get us everything we needed in terms of the nicest roof in the neighborhood with premium heavy-duty shingles, but he got our house approved for painting, a new octagon window for our bathroom, and our shed reroofed and painted. You'd be foolish to not go with Nordic Construction Co. THEY WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU!!!

The folks at Nordic Construction were a great team with which to work. They replaced roofs on three properties that incurred hail damage. They also repaired soffit and facia, replaced gutters, and painted each of the properties.

The quality of the work was excellent, the assistance with insurance adjusters was great, and they are professional and easy to work with.

A couple of weeks ago, I called them again to work on another property. I had the same experience; professional interaction, quality workmanship, and very helpful.

I can’t say enough about the gentleman at the Nordic construction. They have been extremely responsive, they do excellent work, they got it done right away with no problems whatsoever. I was most impressed with how well they knew the insurance industry and how proactive they were in terms of getting reimbursement and helping me as a client navigate the insurance companies as well. Troy and the Nordic Construction team did a phenomenal and superb job, from start to finish and literally top to bottom. They handled a couple of our homes at the same time that were damaged by hail. They were meticulous in their approach, detailed in their work, quick to respond with answers, and beyond excellent with their communication; not only with us but with our insurance provider as well.

It was a huge relief to not have to deal with, fight, and follow up with our insurance provider which is a difficult task it seems nowadays. It was also great to not have to look for several different companies to take care of the multiple things that needed to be done; such as a painter, roofer, etc.. It was a one stop shop so to speak. They handled every aspect of the job, so we didn’t have to. They’re well versed and educated in dealing with all insurance providers and any insurance issues. They made it simple for us to understand what was needed from all parties, the processes involved, and assured us things would be taken care of. And they delivered on all their promises.

Allison has provided the best customer service I have ever seen with a roofing company. As an owner of 7 properties and a manager of 25, I have had to replace a number of roofs. She has worked incredible magic in getting us new roofs and gutters on two properties owner by the same person, under the same insurance. I am still baffled that she was able to pull this off. It has been an incredible blessing and she has been in close communication every step of the way. Helping us to navigate tenants, snow storms and the like. I cannot recommend this company more!

I was in a particularly tough spot trying to close on my house while fighting with insurance but thankfully, Curtis and Troy from Nordic were with me every step of the way and we were able to make it happen within the tight timeline. Very happy with Nordic! Curtis and Troy were instrumental in educating us about the insurance claim process including the likely low-balling we would receive from our insurer. They were patient and tactful as we worked through multiple rounds of escalation and appraisal. Communication was top notch once work started and they were very accommodating toward our wishes.

We had hail damage to our roof, gutters, windows, patio furniture, and siding, and Alley did a great job with helping coordinate all the work that took place. She also did a great job negotiating with the insurance companies. We had be be involved with the insurance companies a little bit, but for the most part she took care of everything. Everyone she brought over was professional and did a good job cleaning up after the fact. I also recommended her to our neighbors and she is working with them as well.

They were absolutely amazing to work with! Alley is the best! We had several estimates done after our roof and property were damaged by hail, but Alley's estimate was by far the most comprehensive one we received. She found things other contractors had glazed over and mentioned using impact resistant shingles-it cost us nothing extra and got us a 36% discount on our homeowners insurance. No one else even mentioned this product. She handled everything with our insurance company, and I am so thankful as they were a nightmare to deal with. We will use Nordic and Alley again, and recommend them to everyone! Truly a business that puts the satisfaction of their customers first and has amazing communication throughout the process.

100% hands down, the BEST company to work with. Curtis manages to keep buyers, sellers and agents happy and that is a tough job! They are efficient, honest and get the work done in a timely manner all while keeping everyone updated with the entire process. I was representing the seller on a recent transaction and we ended up having to do the roof replacement after closing as my sellers roofer went MIA 3 days before closing! Curtis jumped in and had everything handled in 1 day. I even received pictures after closing showing the work was being done. I will forever recommend this company!
