Very prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. I highly recommend them, and will look to hire them for other projects.

We’ve had the FoCo loco team out for two different projects, each of which took several days. One to fix a botched job of new window caulking, and the other to repair and stain pir Fence. Everyone was so great! They were prompt, courteous and careful - plus delightful! They did a wonderful job and I I would highly recommend anyone from their team.

We just had Chico Painting out here for some work due to water damage. All of the workers have been great. We had our bathtub and surround tiled and it looks phenomenal. We also had them paint the outside of home that had been water damaged. They matched paint exactly and the 2 workers did a fantastic job. There was a lot of prep involved and yet they were done in 2.5 days....amazing. Jose was great at communicating with us and kept checking in to see that things were going OK. Definitely will use them again

Great movers. I needed some items moved from storage and found them on Thumbtack. I highly recommend them. They were professional and thorough. They also accommodated me quickly, the same day. I know they do multiple things and I will definitely use them again for different jobs. Jose says he does landscaping, house repairs , painting, trash removal, moving et. Very thankful I found them.

Jose and his team did a great job painting the interior of our house. We have tall vaulted ceilings and they seamlessly painted the ceiling and walls and got it done quickly. They were professional and took care not to let out the cats. They even had a cleaning crew after painting to clean up everything. They were beyond great. I would definitely use and again and recommend.

We hired Jose and his crew to scrape, retexture, and paint the existing drywall (especially the ceilings) in two of our bathrooms. I thought maybe this was something my husband and I could tackle ourselves, but ha—no way. Jose came right out to assess the job, give us details about the work involved, and on our start date Rudolfo and Daniel were right at our door. This particular job was very messy (drywall dust!) but their finished work was absolutely meticulous in every way and we couldn’t be more pleased.
One thing that I really liked is that Jose worked with me to keep the cost down as much as possible by telling me what I could do beforehand myself so that the workers wouldn’t have to spend their time doing it. So my husband and I totally cleared out the bathrooms and vacuumed them beforehand, we removed every last towel bar, towel hooks, screws, plastic anchors, heating vent covers, ceiling light cover, etc. The guys taped off their work area with plastic and they cleaned up afterwards—but if I knew then what I know now about drywall dust and how it likes to travel everywhere, we would have definitely thrown tarps over all our master bedroom and closet for even more protection🤣🤣Live and learn! But—those rooms needed their annual spring cleaning and refreshening anyway, so it’s all good!

Fernando and his partner did an excellent job moving my belongings to a storage unit. They were very polite and respectful making sure everything was taken care of. I used Chicofoco painting to help me move. The guys that were sent to help were exceedingly professional and courteous. They were respectful of my belongings and handled everything with care. I only paid for an hour to move the heavier stuff. They were quick and moved all the heavy stuff and even helped with boxes. These poor men had to go up 3 flights of stairs but like I said they were fast at doing so. I will definitely use them from now on and more so the price was affordable!

Jose was very easy to work with and fixed a problem with a paint match as well. My trim, bookcase, bathroom and doors look fantastic!

Jose, Rodolfo, and Giovanni did an excellent job. I hope to sell my house soon, and they were able to accomodate me in their busy schedule. The results are amazing and I hope the house will sell faster now. On a side note, I was working from home, and this team consist of the nicest, warmest, kindest people... And it was such a blessing to have them around in a stressful time of international moving.

Jose provided great service from start to finish. He made himself available to come to the house to get details about our project soon after we contacted him. We told him what we wanted to do and, during a walk around the property, he pointed out additional repairs that he and his team could make. He provided a fair price and started the project much sooner than we expected. His team was efficient and professional, and we were very pleased with the end result. At one point we had a misunderstanding about pricing on some of the additional work, but Jose worked with us to get it quickly resolved.

Found Jose through Thumbtack while searching for someone to repair and texture a large drywall section. He came over the next day to provide a quote and 24hrs later the job was complete. Jose and team were great to work with, would highly recommend.
