Excellent work by Chico Foco Painting. They painted my house with great quality, responsibility, and attention to detail. They finished on time and left everything clean. 100% recommended.

I’ve used Jose for big and small jobs on my rentals and home for a few years. I come back to him because he’s quick to respond and take action, and has good prices. Ge gives options like using used or surplus as well, which has saved me on rentals.

Jose and his crew were wonderful to work with! Jose was able to come out to my house the same day I requested the quote, and his crew came out the next day to complete the work. The whole process was efficient and very well done.

I highly recommend jose for whatever job you need done. I had him paint my townhome and it’s beautiful. They cleaned up and did a wonderful job. His prices are definitely acceptable. 5 stars all the way.

I contacted Chico FoCo Painting for a fence repair project which involved replacing 10 4x4 posts as well as replacing a number of pickets and repairing a fence gate. Jose was very responsive, meeting me the same day to take a look, explaining what was required and providing me a quote. His price was very reasonable, less than the other quotes I received, started within a couple of days and completed within the timeframe he stated. The quality of the work was excellent and I will definitely call him again when the need arises.

What a hardworking, industrious young man! Frank unloaded our rental truck after a cross country move for a fair price. It was 100 degrees and he worked quickly and efficiently to get everything safely into our storage unit. In addition to his diligence, he was a friendly, affable guy who has a bright future ahead of him in starting his own company at such a young age. Frank, we are fans. We are so impressed with Chico FoCo Painting!! Not only was Jose extremely responsive, we were able to have our small paint project completed so quickly and just in time to surprise our son for Christmas! The rate was competitive and they did a flawless job. We can’t wait to have them come complete more paint projects in the future!!

My fence was needing a repair. We called Jose on a Sunday - to ask when he could be available to discuss the job. He came over in 5 minutes, listened and checked what we wanted, gave options and gave the price. Next day they started the work, in 4 days it is done. Did a fast and excellent job!! I would highly recommend him and his company. The price is great as is the job they do!

I hired Chico FoCo to do 2 projects for me. The first was to refinish my back porch and stairs. Oh my - the transition was beautiful!
The second project was to drywall several damaged areas in my house where we had a water leak. Both of these projects were finished on time. The guys did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards and the results were excellent. I plan to do some additional projects with this company.

I needed help with a move from a third floor apartment to a new house. Chico was the first company to respond and was available on my short timeframe. They did everything they promised despite having to work in a snowstorm and cold weather. I told them that I figured the move would take 4-5 hours, it actually took closer to 8 hours. These men stayed and worked through the adverse conditions until the move was done!!!! Fantastic hard working crew , Frankie and Frankie and I’m sorry but I don’t remember the third gentleman’s name all worked together, professionally and at a great pace that showed respect for both my property and time that I was paying for! Jose worked with me on the quote due to the unexpected expense due to time and conditions as well as a follow up call thanking me for my business. Fantastic work and an incredible company to work with. Communication was top notch throughout the entire process!!

We hired Chico Foco for some minor drywall repair. There was great (bilingual) communication with José about pricing and estimates and scheduling and then with Daniel who did the actual work. The job was handled professionally and efficiently. Daniel was punctual and knew exactly what he was doing. It was precisely what we had hoped for. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Jose provides some of the best service we have ever received (we have worked with him twice now and been very impressed with his service both times). He is super attentive and got back to us quickly with a quote. His crew did an amazing job painting some interior rooms, drywall repair, home upgrades, and also hauling out a lot of old furniture. They were all very professional! There was a small ding left by one of the couches and Jose immediately came over and fixed it.
We will continue to use Jose in the future as we couldn't be happier! I will definitely be recommending Jose to friends, neighbors, family, etc.

Everyone involved was efficient, professional, and tidy, and his price was VERY reasonable. We had a great experience working with Jose and his crew. We bought a townhouse that needed a lot of repairs and they were able to address them all. They repaired drywall, fixed damaged windows, installed a ceiling fan, painted, added shelving to a closet, epoxy-coated the garage floor, did some plumbing repairs, re-tiled a shower, and more.
