We had a three story home that completely flooded.... Ben got everything put back together, even coordinating with the HOA's insurance to make sure everything got covered.

We reached out to Ben & Balor Restoration with mold and asbestos concerns for a house we were under contract on, built in the mid sixties, and he has been an incredible source of knowledge and guidance, all of which he provided for FREE, though we would have gladly paid him. Ben has been incredibly generous with his advice and expertise- he did a thorough inspection of the house with us and helped us catch mold issues by identifying damp areas invisible to the naked eye. Also, I am new to living in a house built during the heyday of asbestos, so most of all I have appreciated Ben’s knowledgeable, balanced, level-headed advice about where we’re most likely to find asbestos, as well as options for safely addressing it, whether through mitigation or encapsulation. And he was always friendly, supportive, and responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. I feel much more knowledgeable and empowered to make good decisions regarding asbestos and mold in general now, and for sure when we do decide to renovate, we’ll be calling Balor restoration for the mitigation work.

Excellent service and very nice guys to boot! I had a pinhole leak in the water line going into my refrigerator that I didn't discover for weeks, I'm guessing. Once I found it I contacted a hardwood floor company that had great reviews. He (Travis) told me to call a restoration company in order to get the floor and walls dried out. The company he recommended had bad reviews so I searched for one with good reviews. That's how I found Bencher Restoration. Colin and Ben were out and checked out the basement walls and hardwood floor upstairs the same day I called. They were super nice and made this stressful event so much easier for me. The walls in the basement had dried out already because I was gone out of CO for a week before I called them. They found that the kitchen floor was still wet and pulled up some of it in order to dry the subfloor. (That wood will be replaced by the floor company.) They wanted to remove some of the cabinets off of the wood floor but they were very strongly connected and would have been damaged if they were removed. Instead, holes were drilled under the cabinets after the baseboards were removed, so that the fans could do the work of drying things out. They returned after a day and found things dried out and took the fans out. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Bencher Restoration. They were great to deal with and kind.

I called because I needed some drywall work done and the owner, Jose, was at my door within an hour to give me an estimate. They scheduled the work for the following morning (it was a small job) and showed up on time as promised. The workers were courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned the work area when they were done and you couldn’t even tell that they were there. And they are locally owned and operated! I would highly recommend Chico FOCO Painting.

I have to give them five stars due to the fact that they were able to complete this job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. My job consisted of drywalling and patching a ceiling in a bathroom. They did a great job. I appreciate it and I would highly recommend using them.

Jose and his crew did a great job painting our deck and fence- and also for a fair price. They even tightened up some boards & bolts on the deck- and fixed some broken concrete by the front porch.
They pressure washed the fence first. They came the next day after I talked to Jose and finished during the time they said it would take. They are a good company to use.
