Dalton was once again the Service Tech that completed several problems that he dealt with professionally and with patience. A great personality and knew exactly what was needed to complete the task. He is definitely a good employee.

Matt arrived early in the scheduled time window which worked well for me. He was knowledgeable and offered options for the project I was planning. The cost estimate for the work appears fair. The reason I gave 4 stars was for scheduling. It took 3 tries to get someone to come out. The first appointment was changed due to a staffing shortage- no problem. I arrived for the second scheduled appointment and after waiting 2 hours I was told the electrician would not be able to make it and we rescheduled again for the next day which went well. To their credit, Luminous Electric waived the service fee because of the last minute cancellation.

I had some lights and outlets that weren’t working, so I called Luminous to troubleshoot and fix the issue. When they arrived, they didn’t even look at anything and told me it would be $600+ due to the age of my home. They showed me their flat rate pricing from a sheet of paper. After I told them I was not interested in their services, they still charged me a $69 trip fee to just drive to my house and show me a sheet of paper. They should have just provided the flat rate pricing over the phone to save both of us time and me $69.

Luminous did some work for me previously. They did a great job. Alan, the technician assigned to us is very knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy. I recommend him highly for any electrical issue that comes your way.

Great experience! My power went out in the middle of the night. Justin was out at 7:30am and had everything fixed by 10am on a hot summer day. Fast! Responsive! Quality and fair work!

Luminous Electric did a review of the electrical system in our historic home. Dalton was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in the evaluation of our home. Very knowledgeable took the time to identify what it is that I was looking for. And provide additional options and is 10 years of experience as a backdrop. Did not seem rushed took a great deal of time covered his shoes when he came in the door.

I could not be more pleased with the work that Luminous Electric did in my house. They did a full safety survey, and pointed out a few things that I knew were issues and some that I was not aware of. Both Dalton Carter and Matt Eckert were incredibly nice and explained everything at a level I could understand (electrical is not my thing!). Great service, great follow-through...would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the first time we used Luminous Electric and we were very impressed. Luminous communicated with us prior to their arrival to ensure that we had a clear understanding of what to expect. The electrician, Alan, was absolutely terrific! He quickly identified our issue and walked us through the remedy. His description was thorough and very easy to understand in layman's terms. Alan quickly made the repair as per the quote fixing the problem. The Luminous Electric Service Plan seemed like a very good value and we signed up for it. Our tech Dalton is always great. He's very kind and thorough and I feel that I can trust what he is saying. He clearly knows his stuff! I really like Luminous in general as well, they always have availability, their employees are extremely easy to work with, and the quality of their service is excellent. I have had them over to fix multiple issues, install an electric car charger, and diagnose concerns. We will continue to work with this company for our home needs.

Dalton Carter was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. Our lights look beautiful he did an awesome job, he was on time,efficient and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend him and call him for my future projects.
