Christopher from Lotic Irrigation did a fabulous full yard install at one of our properties. We were so impressed we had him come to our other 3 rental properties and our own home to service and improve the systems there. Christopher is knowledgeable, conscientious and very hard working. We now have our irrigation systems working correctly and efficiently saving us time and money.

Christopher is now our "irrigation guy" for all our rental properties. He is simply the best we have dealt with.

I share this review with mixed emotions. Chris and his partners at Lotic are great! Now EVERYONE is going to know about Lotic and they will get so popular they will get too busy! :-). I doubt that will be the case and I am supremely happy that I have found my one stop irrigation specialist. He cares about quality. He cares about his service. He cares about his customers. Seeing the quality of our landscaping and how well it is growing is a compliment to Chris and Lotic Irrigation. I wont call (or trust) anyone else for my irrigation needs large or small!

Great experience working with Lotic Irrigation. The blew out our sprinklers and gave some great advice on a zone that was not functioning. Will definitely have them back out for service in the future. Highly recommend their services!

Chris did a fantastic job, him and his crew were fast, efficient and very personable. They rebuilt manifold and added a whole yard drip system and moved a head. They will definitely be my go to if ever have any other issues. I highly recommend. They also do Christmas lights! They do a fantastic job. Fast efficient and always work perfectly. And I dont need to get on roof!!

I gave them a five star review because they worked after hours to blow out my sprinklers and moved my appointment up because of a forecast freeze.

We had a shakey start this spring to turning on our sprinkler system. The in-ground valve box flooded. I called six 4-to-5-Star sprinkler irrigation companies in Fort Collins to locate a technician who could troubleshoot the problem. Two companies never answered their phone, one required an in-depth electronic form to be completed first, and two companies were not available for at least 4 to 6 weeks out. To our surprise, LOTIC Irrigation LLC (a family owned and operated 5-Star business) answered my call and could come out in less than a week. Chris, the owner, and his son Christopher arrived three days later and had our system up and running within 10 minutes! I asked if they could review our system and make any necessary adjustments and repairs to the sprinkler heads. Within an hour, we had a tuned-up smoothly running system at our disposal for a considerabley low price! Because we did not have an above-ground drip system for all of our trees and bushes in our backyard, Chris, upon our request, provided a reasonable estimate for installing this add-on to our system. They arrived a few days later with all of the equipment and had our new drip system installed and tailored to our specific needs within two hours--again for a very reasonable price! Without doubt, LOTIC Irrigation is now our go-to service provider from this day forward! If you're needing a responsive, high-quality, and reasonably priced service call, we could not possibly recomment LOTIC Irrigation more highly! They exceeded our every expectation!

Chris ( with his son ) is always on time, professional, honest and does the job perfectly while paying attention to details and making sure everything is working as it should. Not my first time to use this company’s service and definitely not the last.
