Adam is always on it, great communication and making time for us. We have him do our Christmas lights and he has us on schedule year after year... Adam built the best raised beds for us, complete with irrigation, trellis on one, and a structure for netting on both. He also laid a path and edging around them. My partner and I met Adam several years ago via a referral from the County Extension Office. She wanted to have raised garden beds built that would be accessible by wheelchair. Adam took the time to listen to her ideas and design some options. When he began construction, the thing that I noticed was the care that he took to make sure that they were installed perfectly on the uneven terrain. He constructed a total of six raised beds over three years. There is a photo of them on the page. After my partner died, I knew that I would have no further need for vegetable gardens so, Adam converted them to flower gardens. Since I have no interest in supporting the growing of grass, Adam has converted all of the front yard and most of the back yard to a landscape of plants, flowers, bushes, and ornamental grasses, with a curving rock pathway from front to back and lights along the front walkway. The yard is a work in progress with something added each year. Last year, Adam built a large trellis on the side of the house. Interestingly, someone stopped to take photos of it after construction. With all that has been done, Adam has always been patient and willing to listen to my ideas. For someone like me, for whom landscaping is unknown territory, I think the most important lesson that Adam has taught me is patience, patience to allow things to get established and mature.

Adam does a very good job. For us he has built raised beds, takes care of turning on/off the sprinklers, does the Xmas lights and also has updated our back grass and sprinklers. He is the go to guy for outdoor yard assistance. Thanks Adam for doing a great job.

Our repair on our sprinkler was not an easy fix, but Chris found the almost obsolete valve we needed and also located a break in the wiring system in a short amount of time! We highly recommend Lotic! Prompt, professional, and personable!!

We moved into our house about a year ago. The previous occupants didn't seem to care for the yard. There were two different systems set up, and the zones were inefficient to say the least. Lotic came in and fixed the front and backyard within two days. They walked me through the whole system and how it works. Would highly recommend Chris and Lotic Irrigation! Chris was at my home within 48 hours after I called him. Chris was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired the leak in the sprinkler line in no time. It took him only 40 minutes to complete the job. Ari helped me today and it was great. The price was very reasonable and the work was done FAST. They came out quickly when I reported the problem and did a good job fixing my problem. I'll be using them going forward for sure!
