It turned out that the pressure wasn’t reaching the nozzles properly due to tubing being constricted, by growing tree roots, which was also causing unusual sounds. I had an awesome experience with Lotic! He replaced my control valve and solenoid quickly and efficiently, and didn’t leave until everything was running perfectly. He even went above and beyond by adjusting a few sprinkler heads to make sure every corner of the yard was getting water. Best part was he squeezed me in on short notice to help save my grass during a heatwave. Professional, prompt, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

We can't be more pleased! We had our sprinkler system inspected and the schedule adjusted. He also fixed a burned out waterfall pump. He was quick, on time (actually a little early) and he answered all the questions I had about the sprinkler and waterfall. Mike at Lotic has been great. He and his crew knocked out a new irrigation system for my front and back yards as well as leaving 2 lines for me to complete myself later. Mike guided me through the whole thing and they were in contact as needed and were always on time. They fit me in on their blow out schedule even though I left it way too late. Two other contractors didn't even get back to me and the other was twice the price with lower quality components. Mike is one of the contractors I've had do work around the house that I genuinely wish the best for and has done me right.
