They rescheduled 2 x'x to clean my pond which they have taken care of for years, FINALLY showed up not sure what they did but did not clean at all well, they have ruined my filter and possibly my pump. They will not return calls they are AWEFUL, do not use them

These guys did an incredible job cleaning my pond, pump housing and filter housing- my pond is 20 years old and looks brand new- they even rebuilt the rock wall and it looks awesome. We could not be happier with the job the noco pond folks did:)

I have called several times in the last 6 weeks to have a leak in our pond looked at and repaired. I have never received a call back. Very frustrating as we were referred to them by a friend that uses them.

** I would love to change this rating. I am hoping to get a response. I will try calling tomorrow. My hesitation is that the other reviews on here were answered 2 weeks ago by you yet I couldn't get at least a return call saying business didn't start til April 1.

I set up an appointment 3 weeks out to get my pond cleaned. They did not show at the date and time requested. I received a phone call the next day stating they were in the process of new management and it would be another two weeks before they could come out. Disappointment. Wish they would have called the day of my appointment to let me know what was going on. No longer trust this company.

Pond People is a great company who takes very good care of my pond. They are very busy because they are so good. Get on their website and get set up for good care.

Josh has been servicing and improving our koi pond for over 7 years.
We just had it redone a month ago. The final result is beautiful. He helped with concept and design from start to finish. Every detail from the multiple water features to plants and surrounding rock are perfect.
Whenever we have an issue (usually user error on my part) josh has jumped on the phone or come over to fix the issue.
We’re truly grateful for All the years josh has been helping us service our pond in Loveland Colorado.

These guys were great. They found the leak in my pond, repaired it, and rebuilt my waterfall. They then came back several times to ensure there were no problems. I will definitely use them again.

I didn’t know anything about fountains or ponds. Josh and his crew have been patient with all my questions and they’ve updated and upgraded my fountain by making it look so much more natural, (there was a lot of homemade concrete) and fixing the several leaks discovered in the upgrades! I won’t use anyone else.

We had a great experience with Pond People. Unlike some of the other reviews, they called us back promptly, and were able to service our pond within two days. They did a great job and kept me updated on on the project the entire time. We only needed a small pond cleaned out but it looks great!

I have used Pond People for several years now. They do an excellent job with the spring cleaning of my pond and leave the area clean after they finish. Highly recommend them!!

We feel so fortunate to have Josh and his crew taking such loving care of our water feature. We inherited them when we bought our house and its existing creek, falls and fish pool. They do excellent work and possess a wealth of knowledge about aquatic plants and fish. We highly recommend them to anyone with a water feature here in NoCo.

Josh and his crew did a great job on my water feature. In addition to getting it cleaner than I ever could myself they rearranged some of the rocks to look much more natural. Plus the finches love their spot for splashing on the big rock.
