Gwen is amazing! I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my crazy questions! We left with two trees and I am so excited to get them planted!!

Needed a couple of trees for either side of my front walkway close to my house. I saw a tree I liked, took a couple of pictures and sent them to FC Nursery. They got right back to me and said they had them. Went to the store and got the lowdown on them. Easy and friendly place.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great plants.

Garden dates there are always a hit

I’ve shopped here and been a member of the Garden Club for longer than I can remember. Most of the time I have nothing but praise for the staff and business, but my transaction today left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

I went in to purchase topsoil and many xeric plants for a new garden area. I picked out around a dozen plants which, with the topsoil, totaled nearly $250. Because most of the plants were small starter sizes, I asked for a single cardboard flat box to help put them in my car and safely transport them. I was told that the flat boxes were 50 cents each. I find it ridiculous - and frankly insulting - to be told that I need to pay for a piece of cardboard after dropping $250. I sure hope that .2% was worth disappointing and alienating a long time customer.

I love this nursery. They have a great selection on trees and shrubs. The indoor plant selection is phenomenal but a little overpriced. The perennial selection looks large but the varieties for a nursery of this size could be way better. I make a biannual trip up to get plants but leave empty handed a lot. If they could get a larger selection of perennials I would definitely be buying. However, great staff!

I love this place. Just bought 3 trees on sale and couldn’t be happier. They tend to be pricey but if you wait for the sale weekends the prices are competitive. The staff is very knowledgeable and the selection is second to none.

I typically love Fort Collins Nursery. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and the grounds are beautiful. But I went in to return two plants today, and when one staff member called in a supervisor, Eri, for approval, things went downhill quickly. Eri was immediately combative and condescending, and I have no idea why. I wasn’t demanding anything or being rude, so her behavior was inexplicable. I tried explaining how I’d planted/watered the plants, and she repeatedly and loudly interrupted me to tell me she could tell I hadn’t done what I said I had. After a couple minutes of this, I told her that her tone was inappropriate and condescending, and she doubled down on the aggressive behavior by repeating herself and challenging anything I tried to say. I asked her how we could just move forward, and she said, twice, “We can exchange for the same plants, but you need to understand how to take care of them, or we’ll be in the same situation again, won’t we.” I can accept that I didn’t care for the plants well enough, and would’ve even been fine if they said they weren’t able to credit my account or offer an exchange, but being confronted like that by this supervisor was completely unacceptable and disappointing.

We love coming here especially for their Arbor Day sale! We have 5 trees from here that are already established and doing well and 2 more trees that we just bought. Their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly which makes the shopping experience that much better. Their assortment is the best in town in my opinion!

Super nursery with unique finds! I enjoyed the browsing and was inspired by new and unusual selections. Staff was friendly.

We went in to return at item today and stood under the information booth sign which clearly said returns on the same sign. The lady was helping someone else for a while and didn’t acknowledge us standing there. When she was done, with out even looking at us, she walked over to the cash register and started helping another employee check out. I then waited in line to inquire about the return we were told they are done in the cashier line. When I asked why the information booth sign says returns, the cashier was rude about it. Really not a great experience.

It was so colorful and inspiring ! All of the workers were very caring and helpful. I became a free member! I did not see the whole center but I really enjoyed the succulents, the veggies, and my son liked all the decorations.

Nice nursery and friendly staff. The “softest socks” in the gift area are the best, which is funny that we bought more socks than plants, but we had fun.

Best place in FoCo to buy your plants and trees! This local family owned nursery is an amazing organization. They have quality items and knowledgeable staff. They contribute to local charities and host fun events! Bring all your garden business needs here

Just visited for the first time last week looking for a houseplant, and I'm glad I did! The employees were so thoughtful and nice (complimentary wrapping up the plant to protect it from the cold), and I got several offers of assistance as I browsed through the large plant area. The whole place seems geared toward helping the customer with care tips and tools to succeed in plant maintenance, and they offer classes! The quality and assortment of plants was excellent and well arranged. I'm very happy with the Ponytail Palm I purchased, and I'm sure I'll be back!

They have so many beautiful plants and veggies here! They helped me figure out how best to take care of a lavender plant, in remembrance of someone close to my best friend who committed suicide last year.

It means the world to me that Janet (I hope i remembered that right) took the time to help me, and potted the plant for me! And the two cool ladies at the front registers were awesome, too! :) Thanks again! 💜

This place is so big! It’s worth visiting just to stroll through the zen gardens. They have MANY options, and everything looks healthy and fresh. Some of the items are priced high. But you’ll be able to trust with confidence in longevity.

Cool place with a great selection. Unfortunately overpriced and understaffed. Waited 46 minutes in line to check out. I understand it’s busy at Mother’s Day, but I expect better consideration for customer service. Your response, while appreciated, shows again that customer service is not your priority.

I’ve been wanting to/support a local business and a nursery was on my mind. This place is huge and has a wide variety of plants to select from. Employees are all very nice and helpful, well educated on all things horticultural. Pricing seemed a bit high in some of the smaller potted plants, and some of the signage was missing so it became a guessing game of how much a certain thing costs. I’ll definitely visit them again to browse and purchase a few items.

I love this shop! Everyone is kind and they always offer solutions to plant problems that I can't diagnose myself. They took my phone number and made sure to let me know when a specific fern was back in stock. Olivia is a gem as are all of the employees I have had the pleasure of interacting with! I highly recommend checking out this shop, and becoming a Garden Club Member :)

I love this place. Everyone is so helpful. It is dangerous because I always walk out with more than I went for. Such a beautiful place to even walk around. Some things can be a bit pricey, but go when they have their sales and it is a bit better.

We discovered Easy Seasons in Fort Collins several years ago. Whether they have provided spring/fall cleanup, window washing or irrigation set ups, the Easy Seasons workers are unfailingly courteous, eager to please and do excellent work.

We’ve recommended Easy Seasons to neighbors and friends. Those who have used them have also had good experiences.
