I had a system that would not cover in full, so I was hauling my hose around and when I called her, they set me up with the rotary sprinkler system that works very well and plus the drip for my flowers, which is nice not to have to water separately. I have been very happy with the system.

I was very satisfied with the work carried out by this landscaper. They created an impressive patio using native plants that are not only beautiful but also sustainable. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every detail of the project. I will definitely hire them again!

My experience so far has been really really good! Started out with Emily who scheduled our appointment so nice so friendly. I called her to see if our guy was still coming out yesterday and she informed me that he was. I believe his name was Jason but it might have been Josh very nice very thorough very professional. Worked with James Long to design and install a new flag stone patio in our backyard in the midst of an existing "Meadow grass" area. James listened to our vision and delivered a beautiful "nature garden" with masses of wildflower edging. Installation crew was courteous and efficient. Included in the project was a redo of our 20+ year old irrigation system. Challenges with connecting the new smart controller were many, but James and Dan returning several times to finally resolve the issue. It was a pleasure to work with fellow military veteran, James, and fellow Nebraskan, Dan.

James came out to estimate a small backyard project in Old Town Fort Collins after another company wouldn't give me an estimate after a site visit. Received our quote promptly and it was one half of a quote we received last year from another company. Made my down payment and Dan and his crew were out here within a week. Everybody was great at what they do and very professional. My wife and I are extremely pleased with how it all turned out. We had Hurr Vasa demo the site, put in a new sidewalk and then create three areas of breeze, mulch and grass with irrigation. Thank you, thank you thank you. Now we get to enjoy our back yard for the rest of the summer.

I want to be fair and say they were on time and the crew that reimagined our backyard beautifully. The overall project lingered on an overstacked Hurr Vasa schedule due to a limited employment base (which I do not fault), incorrect plant material, lack of tools for individual tasks, etc. I will also shoulder some of the delay issues with having to travel out of town for a family illness.

I had several conversations with our lead, where he took no notes, despite at one point me asking if he should be taking notes, and believed that we were on the same page. I blame myself for trusting him to plant what I asked for, execute the landscape plan I had asked for, and potentially not being more firm.

I am sure that you can tell by the photo's that the North and East backyard landscaping is quite beautiful; however, the looks completely shade the real story. The spiral trees were erroneously placed (they were supposed to be placed in three spots that I chose with the lead of my project to help block the neighbor view from my picture window in the kitchen), the drain spout took three callbacks to do correctly, incorrect plants were ordered and had to be returned, and reordered-I am still not convinced that we weren't charged double on the delivery fee for this, broken flagstone was not only laid but left as that were acceptable, one of the posts for the sun sail had to be redone, I have 3/4 plants that died or are dying and was told to wait till spring and they will be replaced as they fall under the warranty. The sprinkler cap-off and restructuring took three or more times to get completed due to lack of communication, is what I was told. I am sure there is more, but I am overwhelmed with the details.

Moving to the front South yard, the small area near the sidewalk... The plants were not placed where we had discussed and not placed right until two callbacks and excuses from the lead. The backyard and the small front section were part of the original 'new' landscaping.

Here's the deal, because they are nice and polite, mostly, I asked them to do a clean-up of the front yard and honestly, the only reason I feel the need to tell you about my experience. I have a small manicured area near the porch and an even smaller landscaped area on the SW edge of the driveway. I asked for these two areas to be weeded and refreshed with new mulch. Not only did I have to call them back for leaving debris and old leaves behind, a light mulch refresh, and removing a Colorado native plant, they destroyed my Colorado state tree-my gorgeous 30+-year-old Blue Spruce (pictured). The blue spruce is NOT a pinon pine, which thrives in its beauty trimmed this way; it won't grow back, and was not to be touched. I was told, "my bad", the new crew didn't know, and the leader said he would take $500 off the overall bill for the clean-up and the sprinkler fix. The first bill for this work was, IMO, highway robbery for the clean-up and offered a mere 10% discount for forever ruining my Blue Spruce. I emailed them to complain and heard nothing from anyone for nearly a month, then I got more apologies and offered a 30% discount, which still was less than the lead had promised initially. I emailed them again in between yet another trip to NE to help care for my ailing mother-in-law and an emergency trip to care for my daughter in KY, who was put on bed rest at 22 weeks pregnant. It's been two weeks, and we have decided to pay the bill as is and leave it be.

I had to write this as a warning to you. The crews I spoke with and mostly worked on the significant project were friendly, respectful, and on time. I cannot, however, in good conscience, recommend the company. The seeming lack of concern for my position (mostly about my tree), the $$$ spent, the apparent void of integrity or customer service, etc.

*the picture of the spruce is an older one, as the landscaped area in front of it has changed since this picture (which Hurr did not do). This is what 'she' looked liked before Hurr chopped off the bottom 5 feet of her branches.

We recently hired Hurr Vasa Sprinkler and Landscape to transform our front and backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship.

In the backyard, they installed sprinklers, mulch, landscape fabric, and sod. Every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly.

We highly recommend Hurr Vasa Sprinkler and Landscape to anyone in need of landscaping and irrigation services. I had a patio repair job completed by HurrVasa/James Long. The silicasand needed replaced on the outer edge and the corner of the patio had settled and needed taken off and re-leveled. The crew was able to start within one week of the bid, they were friendly and respectful, got the job done timely and the final invoice came in LESS than the original bid. The honesty, work ethic, and skillset that this crew has isn’t easily found these days. I highly recommend HurrVasa!

We had our front yard completely overhauled by Hurr Vasa. They did a wonderful job. We've been getting so many compliments from our neighbors and the design has totally transformed the look of our home.

We had several companies come out to give us estimates. I chose Hurr Vasa because James was the only one who gave us some rough, preliminary designs to look at before we committed. I appreciated that because it's a big investment and we didn't feel great about going in to a contract blind.

Ultimately, once we signed on the dotted line, we went back and forth a few times to dial the design in to be exactly what we wanted, and then they got to work quickly.

The work was done well, communication was excellent, and we're excited to see it once spring comes along and the plants fill it in! Would highly recommend working with Hurr Vasa if you want a collaborative process with a great outcome!

We had a great experience. The work was done on time and efficiently. The project manager was very professional, talented and responsive. The design and planning was the best of all their competition and the plant selection was perfect. The garden flowered all summer. I recommend Hurr Vasa and James, who designed and managed the project.

Relatively quick and polite response; however, Waterwise isn't interested in doing "in between projects" so don't contact them unless you want small maintenance work or need a very large landscape project completed--they don't state this on their website so hopefully others will find this useful.

Waterwise was incredibly professional from start to finish. They removed and designed/replaced our front fence. The workers were wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the end result!

We have worked with Lorin at Waterwise for the past 8 years. He built our beautiful pond in our back yard and has always provided us excellent customer service but this past weekend he went above and beyond and I have to share ….We were expecting close to 100 people for a party that was set up with a tent near our pond. At 8pm the night before, we realized something was wrong with our pump and we couldn't figure out how to fix it. The party would start the following morning at 10:30am (on a weekend). I called and left a message that evening asking if he could help us and he responded back right away. The pond pump was replaced by 10am and the party was a great hit with all sorts of little kids playing in our stream. We just can't even express how appreciative we were that Lorin would attend to our needs even after hours. Thank you!!

Waterwise is the best company that our small HOA, 4 luxury townhomes, has had the great pleasure to work with. All employees are so very helpful, competent, and professional. At the beginning of this year our HOA hired Waterwise, and since that time our groundskeeping, lawn, and irrigation have all been carefree and wonderful. This is quite a high compliment because our HOA had several existing irrigation problems when Waterwise arrived. Without hesitation, I give Waterwise the highest recommendation!

I had a few local companies bidding on my project and even bough Waterwise was the most expensive, I chose to go with them. I knew that I will get my money's worth right from the bidding process and all because of a few qualities that are hard to find in construction companies today, that made Waterwise stand out more than the others:
1. Friendliness
2. Punctuality
3. Innovative Design

These main qualities (and more) were carried throughout the entire +2 months that the Waterwise crew was at my house.
Again, you might pay more but you will have:
1. A beautiful design, not a "cookie-cutter" (different from your neighbors)
2. The peace of mind that someone will ALWAYS answer your call, email or text at anytime you have a question
3. The pease of mind that in a timely manner, someone FRIENDLY will show up to attend your concerns EVERY TIME you have one, during and after your project is over.

You can clearly see (and feel), that they take pride and stand behind their work.

Now, if this doesn't sounds like it's worth a bit more, then you probably don't have much experience with construction companies.
If these qualities I mentioned above, don't make you pick up the phone, if only just to give them a try, you are missing out.

You can clearly see that I'm very pleased and it's for a good reason.
I spent a lot of money on a big, long and complex project and I don't have EVEN ONE thing to complain about, everything was spot on, as agreed and ON TIME!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were more than willing to work within my budget and completely renovate my yard. They listened when I had questions or concerns, and were more than willing to do what I asked. The crew was great and the results are outstanding. I get daily compliments about how beautiful my new yard is. They really have made my yard dreams come true.
