The woman (no name because she refused to give her name) was aggressive and rude and seemed very inexperienced as a "customer service professional." Its possible that she was having a bad day/week or maybe just life in general. She hung up on me twice and would not transfer me to her boss. She made me feel as if I had done something wrong even though I was referred to Oztek and was just attempting to have one of my units serviced. I will not be recommending this company to friends or colleagues. I hope the woman taking calls as the contact person for the company cleans up her attitude and has a better day/life.

Needed my HVAC Heater fixed and heard about Oztek thru other business. They sent Abner next day and fixed it working like a charm. Highly recommend and will use their services from now on.

These guys know what they are talking about! I had Oztek come out and check out my business where I was having serious difficulties with an inline humidifier. They were fast to respond, made sure I had everything I needed, talked me through regular maintenance, and even checked up with me several times after they visited to make sure everything was working out! Ryan and Daniel came out today to check my ac. They called ahead which I highly appreciate. They both were kind professional and very thorough. I've never seen or heard of technicians checking so many parameters of a ac system before. I use to manage a fleet of refrigerated trucks so I know the difference between a good or bad hvac technicians. I have to say if you want the best if you want your ac to work at its best,and save money in electric bills chose Oztek commercial Services.

Oztek responds quickly to our company's requests, and do a thorough job every time. They also just recently fixed a tricky problem on our rooftop condenser units that helps me sleep better at night! Would highly recommend calling these guys for your refrigeration needs.

Julian has provided great service even though our property is far from his normal area of service. Oztek has provided great insight to our pool dehumidifier system and has done great work. Nice to have reliability and knowledge when we need it most.
