Oh my goodness I can NOT say enough good things. It’s supposed to be -24 in the next couple days and wouldn’t you know it, the furnace broke. I called and within 30 minutes they were at my house. They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided us options. Our furnace was over 20 years old and they let us know the price to repair it or replace it. With the age and cost of repair we elected to replace. And they had it done THAT DAY. Obviously I’m not excited about the paying for the cost of a new furnace but the service was above and beyond. I’ll be using these guys again in the future and telling my neighbors. 100% would recommend.

I reached out to Bison to have my condensate pump cleaned. They were quick to respond and Caleb cleaned it thoroughly and explained the value of having their maintenance program to handle both my furnace and AC serviced annually.
I appreciate the non-pressure approach.

Came home to broken AC and a house that was 85 degrees. called around to all the usual places and no one could get to us for 2-3 days. Found bison home services and they dispatched Alec within 2 hours of the call. He showed up and within 5 min had figured out the problem (capacitor failure) and had it swapped out and up and running within 10 min of being at our house. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

I called Bison after 8 PM and the called me back with in 30 min. The tech didn't have the parts on his truck due to being busy but he call some of his contacts and got the part and was able to fix our AC the same night. Alec went above and beyond what I would have expected due to how late I called.

Our furnace quit working and was quickly losing heat during this winter storm. Caleb was thorough and got it running within an hour.

He went above and beyond, calling to come out a day sooner (Sunday) which was greatly appreciated.

Our house is now warm and we are feeling secure through the cold spell!

They were able to come to our house in the evening when our furnace wasn't working , and found the problem. It was wasp nests in the vent! How odd! I would highly recommend them. (They are a family business.)

I personally use them as well. Needed someone out for a non-emergency check and they were here within 48 hours regardless of the temperature outside while most other companies were weeks out. I will be using them again! :)

Robert was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He was able to try and find the simple solution and then took the time to get up on the roof in the cold to make sure we got heat back into our house. They were a great company to work with and have great customer service!

Very positive experience, awesome service and professionalism. My heater died during the coldest snap this week. This company helped me with possible financing options. They were more concerned with my wellbeing (no heat) and not with making money. I highly recommend this company. Words can't express how grateful I am for the services I received from Caleb and Evan on my storm-damaged lower level. We received a bid for a deck repair from Bison Home Service. Hayden came to our home and provided the bid. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He was so nice, very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a bid promptly, and it was very detailed. We did not hire Bison Home Service to repair our deck, but it was for reasons that had nothing to do with the bid or the work we would receive from Bison. However, if we need any of their services in the future, we will not hesitate to hire them.

Bison Home Service was responsive to my inquiry and they were able to send someone out to my house the same day. Caleb was very knowledgeable about thermostats and he was able to answer all of my questions. The new thermostat was installed quickly and efficiently. Caleb cleaned up after himself and he left my house neat and tidy. I was very happy with the price of the service.
