Hayden did a great job taking out the time and talking and explaining steps to be done for our kitchen project, which still is in progress, however communication is a step they could do some improvement when steps fall behind and do not keep you informed.

Bison Home Service did a good job of re-surfacing my old wood deck. I now have a deck of composite boards and metal railing. No more painting!!!

Initial visit by the technician was on July 17 for drywall and we did not receive the estimate until August 30, after I reached out to the technician and Bison multiple times (often with no reply), chasing the estimate down.

The salesman was on time and this is why they even get one star. He would not show us any style of doors until we were in contract. We were given a quote on one configuration and we asked for this to be amended and we never heard from them again. Big waste of time! Would not recommend.

Easy to spot 5 star service when you see it. Bison came out to check on a gurgling noise on the furnace at startup on one of my listings. They got the furnace taken apart, cleaned up and put back together and up and running smoothly again, all in 45 mins in the midst of me asking 20 questions about HVAC. Haha. You can tell they care about their customers as much as they do about getting the job done with excellence. Highly recommend!

When the temps dropped super low over MLK weekend & my heat failed, I called Bison early Tuesday morning (around 8). They were able to get someone dispatched within an hour, walked me through the issue, troubleshot in a way that wouldn't create arbitrary costs/delays, sourced the right part, got it installed and got heat back on by 2:30. The teams that came out (and the admin in the main phone line) were professional, respectful and willing to talk through everything with me to my satisfaction/understanding. I was really grateful for this company's commitment to getting us taken care of promptly, effectively, and at a fair rate. I will for sure reach out to them if I need anything HVAC-related again.
