Adam and Derek did an excellent job! They installed a new water heater hauled out the old one and also installed a halo system. They changed the guts in the toilets and changed all of the valves under the bathroom sinks and in the kitchen. They also installed a new faucet in the kitchen for us. The price was good and their service was excellent. They answered all our questions and they were extremely pleasant. They took plenty of time and we didn’t feel like they were rushed to get out of here. They were proficient and professional And courteous. They answered all our questions and we felt like we were very well taken care of. Love this company! We have always gotten five star service!

Dustin did a great job. Called when on his way with an ETA and performed required service. Explained any future problem areas and was on his way. Will definitely use Swan again.

I was truly amazed how quickly Swan's plumber, Graham, diagnosed & corrected the leak under my kitchen sink! Graham definitely knows what he's doing & I thank Swan for having such a knowledgeable, pleasant plumber with them!
My pup even liked him!
I also appreciated being a Swan member there was no charge for Graham's work today.

Mark did a great job finding the issue with our steam humidifier and quickly corrected the problem. We have excellent service from Swan's. We have used them since 2021. Their employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and on-time for appointments.

Carlos was able to get the humidifier to work properly. He spent extra time waiting to make sure that it stayed working. Maybe or maybe not related, the furnace shut down and had to call again to have someone figure out the problem.

I can't praise highly enough Swan Plumbing Heating and Air of Fort Collins! Here's what I really like:
They did a thorough evaluation of my old HVAC system and, with current energy rebates, tax credits, and upcoming new Colorado HVAC requirements, gave me recommendations for new equipment options at a variety of price points.
Their friendly, efficient, and expert service providers were on time and respectful of my home and got the work done as promised.

Dustin took the time to explain what the repair would require and our options if we decided to replace the furnace instead. He established trust with his friendly, honest approach - I found my long term HVAC company with Swan.

Guess they have enough business they don't need a way for potential new customers to get in touch with them. After trying their web contact form and leaving a voice mail on their service line over the last week I've grown tired of waiting for anyone to contact me back and was able to schedule a tech out to work on my tankless water heater with a single phone call to another business.

One of your drivers is very aggressive and unsafe or wasn't paying attention. I just witnessed them merge lanes and almost hit a Subaru alongside them. It's a good thing the Subaru braked aggressively. The work truck was far from being clear. They proceeded on Crossroads Blvd, heading west from Walmart distribution, driving within one car length from the car ahead. They did the same thing on CR13 going north. This isn't Daytona or Talladega; drafting isn't necessary. In all seriousness, I haven't seen tailgating this bad in a long time. Wait a second, actually, I have---bump drafting a couple months ago at the Daytona 500. The worst part is the driver couldn't even go faster due to the traffic in front of them. License plate Agz-m47. Truck #128. 4:40 pm 4/10/24. Don't be surprised if your work truck gets torn up with this clown driving it.

You have a driver out here going 47 mph in a 30 mph according to the radar sign and tailgating people very aggressively. Pedestrians crossing the street that they didn't see and almost took out. Save a life a keep these people off the road, call someone else.

My front door would not close. The repairman arrived in arrived within a hour of my call and fixed the door so it closes and locks properly.

Excellent service Alec looked at our concerns and gave us a great bid for getting the projects done
