Andrew provided exceptional care, was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to address all of my concerns! I've liked all of the techs from Swan over nearly a decade, and the quality just keeps getting better! I hope to see Andrew for future tune-ups.

Plumber showed up on time. Plumber wouldn’t touch my relatively simple accessible repair, replace incoming water regulator (on compression fittings) and replace water expansion unit, repairing small leaks on expansion unit plumbing. Why? Because of cpvc piping he didn’t want the liability of touching it. Asked him to leave when he said he would not work on it. He apparently wants to live in perfect world that doesn’t exist. He left me hanging and cost me another day with a leak. He recommended a repipe for my house to fix a small leak! $400 or $30,000 make a choice. Good bye to my plumbing business in the future. I wouldn’t want my employees turning away work when. there are lots of real plumbers out there.

Had a new heater installed by Swan and they were incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable about our options. Would highly recommend this company

Adam and Dereck installed a sump pump and water purifier. They were very knowledgeable and gave us updates along the way. At the end of each installation, we were given an explanation of how they worked and were encouraged to ask as many questions as we wanted. I would recommend Swan as the company to use!!

Swan has helped us out in the past with hot water heater and plumbing issues in our house.

The same technician arrived for our problem today, that helped us with some other needs in January. Anthony was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and provided all possible solutions to me before deciding, which was the best.

SWAN is the best! Andy was out today for our annual furnace check. Nice guy and very thorough and kind. In fact, he taught me about our whole house humidifier so that I can adjust it and maintain it through the heating season. Thanks SWAN!

Anthony did a great job with our annual plumbing inspection. He identified a potentially catastrophic issue with our water heater. Adam and Derek then did a good job trying to fix it in a stepwise manner, explaining everything well. When we continued to have an issue, Graham ultimately found that the heater needed to be replaced and determined it was still under warranty thankfully. They were able to get it replaced the same day. I was a bit annoyed that the guy who installed the unit made off with the hose we use to drain our sprinkler system supply on the week it’s getting blown out. However, that doesn’t detract much from the 5 star service they performed overall.

Desi checked our furnace and replaced our dirty filter with a new one that I had on hand.

He told me of upcoming needs and gave me a good assessment of how my equipment is doing. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Thanks, Desi~

Not pleased with the service. The condition causing the outing was diagnosed, but the repair was not made or attempted, and the service agent claimed that the system was working when he left. Had different stories from the office and from him about getting the required parts. I finally purchased the part myself and replaced it to get the unit functioning properly. Not sure why I’m paying for the membership service at this time. Ask for a manager to call me and never receive that call. Place numerous calls into their office and requested that the service person not contact me again but they did because I did not want to speak to that person. I did not want him to return to my house as I did not trust him. Would rather speak to somebody personally about this

We had an incredible experience with Swan Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning! From the first visit with Micha, who was very knowledgeable and thorough, to the installation team of Zack, Austin, and Alan, everything was top-notch. They were kind, professional, and very informative throughout the process. They did quality work, cleaned up everything perfectly, and stayed until the job was completely finished.

Swan also sent technicians to check our plumbing and even helped us complete rebate paperwork. That level of service is rare and so appreciated.
