SAVE your money$$$!!! Last January we needed a new HVAC. I had three companies come give me a quote, Swan was the last to come. The sales rep was very nice as we went through and discussed options. I wanted an apples to apples comparison to the other companies. He gave me the quote and it was over $10k more than Horsetooth Heating in Fort Collins. I showed him the quote from Horsetooth and we sat there together comparing part numbers. They were the exact same parts! I couldn't believe how high Swan's quote was in comparison! Needless to say we went with Horsetooth Heating and they were great! They installed quickly and efficiently. They even came back the first Saturday evening when we had a small issue. They fixed it without any issue within 1 hour of our phone call. Why would you pay so much more for the same product when the service is amazing at the lower price? Swan is out to gut your wallet. Do yourself a favor a price shop. I personally would have Horsetooth Heating in Fort Collins give you a quote. This is way too much money not to pull multiple quotes.
